  • I have this from the memories of granny's sausage. I remember that grandfathers will beat the pig before the new year and make a bunch of sausages !!! and then in a frying pan! yes for bread! yes with a pickled cucumber !!! here I am writing and as if I am plunging into childhood ... I thought that I would never taste this wonderful sausage. But no, long live the Internet and online shopping. I ordered the intestines and, lo and behold, we crack the very same sausage !!!! I want to share the recipe with you, I give a tooth to you !!! and when you eat, wish my granny good health, she turned 82 in September.
  • Now for the recipe.
  • We take meat by eye, as much as you like, but lard and liver, you can also pork, put a heart. I also wrote the garlic to my taste, as little as possible, as you like, we cut everything into small cubes, do not twist! crush the garlic. Something like that:

  • We leave for an hour, then we stuff the intestines and in a frying pan:

Of course, the process is laborious, but the result was worth it. Then, in the late 80s, I bought an electric meat grinder from the Kirov plant ... I read in the instructions that they have a lot of devices. I wrote out and it turned out to be a wonderful combine ... (there was even a coffee grinder) And how easy and fast it became to fill the intestines ...

They do not sell on the market SES prohibits, there are no special supermarkets in the city. So you have to swallow saliva. And the grandmother always hammered the intestines only with her hands - quickly and accurately. Where to get the guts ?!

Girls, I see many have problems with how to fill the intestine if there is no special nozzle. Don't get discouraged and don't come up with a bike. You can take a plastic bottle, cut off the lower part (you get something like a funnel), pull the intestine over the neck and fill our intestines with filling. She herself did this for many years until she acquired a meat grinder with a special nozzle
