Carrot snack for the winter in the Moulinex Minute Cook CE400032 multicooker-pressure cooker

Ingredients

Tomato (or dilute 500 grams of tomato paste with one liter of hot water) 1.5 l
Bell pepper 1 kg 300 g
Carrot 800 g
Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp.
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Bitter capsicum 1/2 pcs.
Bay leaf 5 pieces.

Cooking method

  • 100 gr = 55 kcal (it turns out 3 liters of snacks)
  • Cut the bell peppers and carrots into strips into slices or half a circle (if large). Lay in MV. Add all other ingredients.
  • Close the MV lid, close the valve. Turn on HP for 20 minutes.
  • Arrange in sterilized jars and roll up with sterile iron lids. Cover the jars with a blanket and leave under the covers until they cool.

Note

Girls, cooked a carrot snack in my Mulechki for the winter. But I can't guarantee that it won't explode. I decided to take a chance. In principle, the process is the same as on a gas stove (I cooked on the stove several times for the winter, everything is OK!). Just simpler. I really like this appetizer. Who else wants to take a chance - join! Or you can just cook it for food - it turns out delicious!
