Greetings, dear bakers!
Here, I got a new bread maker to replace my glorious Hitachi (for an hour, did anyone have an extra bucket from Hitachi HB-E303?)
I bought this one yesterday, terra incognita, there are practically no reviews, even on the manufacturer's website there is silence, one mention in the news.
I'm testing.
While I baked bread with bran and whole grain flour from a ready-made mixture, simple wheat bread and a carrot and honey spice gingerbread from Anna Kitaeva's book "Me and My Bread Maker"

The gingerbread is delicious, just a little not baked inside, although the outside has darkened somewhat excessively, in my opinion. Well, nothing, this bread machine has a baking function, in the next. Once I will just increase the time by 10 or 20 minutes (there you have to confirm every 10 minutes with a button that you want to increase the time by another 10 minutes, as I understood from the instructions).

In plain wheat bread, it is embarrassing that it is only slightly higher than bread with whole grain flour, and the uneven structure - at the bottom of the loaf it is slightly denser than at the top.
The taste is excellent, tender bread with a beautiful domed flat roof.

Bread with whole grain flour of the expected consistency and appearance, I have already made bread from this mixture in my Hitachi (it did not rise at all, it came out a failure paste, it turned out better here).

In the Stadler Form one of the blades is foldable; in the brochure they say that folding the blade prevents the formation of a hole. But no, the whole shoulder blade was perfectly baked in a loaf, and since it is quite healthy, the holes came out even more than from the ordinary shoulder blade with which I kneaded wheat bread.
Well, let's see, maybe there is still a sense in this folding.

Oh thanks!
But for some reason I didn't find it.
What's the best way to delete the topic here and move the entry to an existing one?
Manna
Because she's hard to find ... She's not quite in that section

The moderators will then unite these topics as they meet this one (or you can ask them about it)

Girls, we urgently need to decide, help !!! There is no bread machine yet, but tomorrow I will take it. I plan to bake mainly rye and from peeled flour, with nuts, seeds, etc., as well as sweet pastries. Stopped at stadler form or kenwood bm450. Which one do you recommend?

vkunya This stove is discussed here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=179321.0
It is difficult to bake with sourdough, and even more so in a bread maker.
