Just about ... And the same question interests me. I don’t have chickpea flour, but I bought pea flour only yesterday.

, of course, pea flour is also suitable, just at that time I had chickpea flour

A little nuance: if you want a taller bread than in the photo, add half a cup of pea flour and 2.5 cups of wheat.

Good luck!
Crochet
Lola, please tell me, how much chickpea flour in grams is in your cup? I apologize, but I'm so used to measuring everything in grams that I'm afraid to make a mistake ...
Lola
Crochet I'm afraid I won't answer this question, because there is no flour at hand, and I make bread using only a measuring cup.

I baked this bread - nothing happened. A dense bun like a brick.

I often fail to make bread from heavy flour. No matter how much buckwheat is baked, there has never been an effect, and everyone writes that it comes out great! Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Lolochka, a huge thank you for the bread recipe! Here it is my wheat-pea:

My changes:
- 1.95 tsp yeast
-490 gr. wheat flour
-90 gr. pea flour "Garnets"
- 2 tsp salt
- 2.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 2.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
-1 tsp panifarina (just in case)

A wonderful bread with an amazing bread spirit!

Lola, and what is the volume of the bowl in your recipe ???

and then cups from Panasonic will get about 300g. wheat + about 150g. pea = 450 grams ... but only 210 grams of water.

So, go from the opposite: 210 ml. water - 300 grams of flour (300: 2 cups = 150 grams per cup = 250 ml cup.)
Sens
i.e. 3 cups of flour, 250 ml each. + 210 ml. water = normal bun?

That is, for 2 cups of flour with a volume of 250 ml, in which 300 grams of flour is placed (150 grams in one cup of 250 ml), 210 ml is needed. water / liquid.

Total 300 grams of flour = 210 ml. water / liquid
Sens
Admin,
Thank you.
but the recipe did not become clearer.

Sorry, I looked again!

There flour 2 + 1 cups = 3 cups, which means about 450 grams of flour.

I can't say anything about water, but Larisa always has high-quality recipes!
Try it, if not - adjust the dough with additional liquid, a bun

In another recipe, Larisa found the volume of her cup of 240 ml., Which means that is correct - flour 450 grams approximately

yeah
Thank you

and tell me more, what should be a bun with pea flour (in a 2: 1 ratio)? compared to wheat.

Crochet, please tell me, what is the taste of bread? Pea? For some reason, I only saw this recipe with pea flour, for some reason it is not very used in baking bread.
mariaj
That's what I did! Peas took the usual yellow and ground it in a coffee grinder.
