Mannik in the multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909

Ingredients

Sour milk 8% OK. 400 g
Semolina
(soak in yogurt)
2 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Flour OK. 4 tbsp. l.
Softened butter 100 g
Salt
Natural vanilla with sugar
(not necessary)
Soda
(extinguished with lemon juice)
1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 pack.

Cooking method

  • The recipe is standard: Semolina mixed with yogurt, left for 30 minutes, vanilla, butter, flour, salt, soda, loosened there, mixed well (it turned out thickly), separately beat eggs with sugar well, mixed with semolina (it became liquid, but I didn't add flour), poured the "baking" into the multicooker for 55 minutes. Slightly missed on heating was 14min. I am very happy with Mannik, not dry, loose, not sugary sweet high.

Note

I baked a mannik looking at night today, very happy: tall, lush, not dry.

I'm very glad that everything is working out, only I really want the photo, the nada is divided not only literally but also visually! I'm kidding of course Irin, but I really would like to see photos of successful culinary creations, so that everyone would see how well the cartoon copes with its duties.
