Ingredients

Pork liver 500 g
Bulb 2 pcs.
Salt
Soda 0.5 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Pepper taste
Hard cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • We wash the liver and twist it through a meat grinder along with the onion.
  • Next, add salt, eggs, flour, soda to our liver, quench it with kefir 50g. Mix everything well and pour on a baking sheet with baking paper and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180g. Further, when the layer is still hot, we rub hard cheese on it and use paper to roll it into a roll. We put in the oven for another 2-3 minutes so that the cheese melts. Pull out of the oven and set to cool. Further, when the roll is already cold, you can decorate it. I decorated with mayonnaise. Bon Appetit!

The roll turned out to be very tasty, even a child who does not like the liver checked it out. I rubbed the cheese on my eye and added it for the color of the onion, and it stuck in some places, but I think it depends on the quality of the paper, because I had it on 2 different sheets, and stuck to one in places.
