Ingredients

Cod 800 g
egg 1 PC
turnip onion 2 pcs
flour 2 tbsp
sour cream 150 g
mayonnaise 150 g
vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish, wash, cut into portions, salt and pepper. Beat the egg, cut the onion into half rings.
  • Turn on the FRYING program in the multicooker and warm up the bowl well, into which pour the vegetable oil for frying the fish.
  • Roll the cod first in an egg, then in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Then put the onion cut into half rings on top of the fish and pour everything with sour cream mixed with mayonnaise.
  • Switch the multicooker to EXTINGUISHING mode and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • The fish is very juicy and tender.
