Ingredients

Dough:
Water 250g.
Fresh / dry yeast 9g. \ 3y.
Sugar 1h l.
Wheat flour 1c. 100g.
Dough:
Opara
Wheat flour 1c. 335g.
Vegetable oil 15g.
Dried fried onions 20g.
Salt 1h
Granulated mustard 10g.
Chopped parsley 3st. l.
Cheddar cheese 60g. + 15g. for sprinkling *

Cooking method

  • For dough, warm up the water to 37C. Grind yeast with sugar (mix dry with flour), add to water, flour on top. Beat with a food processor for 1 minute. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Then add all the ingredients to the dough. Knead according to the scheme:
  • 1 speed - 2 minutes
  • 2nd speed - 5 minutes.
  • The dough is soft, sticky to hands and bowls.
  • Dust the table with flour, lay out the dough, form a ball, put in a container, cover and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
  • Then knead the dough, form a ball, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Then form a loaf and place with the seam upwards in a flour-dusted proofing basket. Dust the workpiece with flour on top. Cover and leave for 40 minutes.
  • Turn the blank onto baking paper, make cuts, sprinkle with cheese.
  • * Next time I will not sprinkle with cheese, because it interferes with the opening of the cuts and begins to burn quickly.
  • Preheat the oven together with the stone to 250C (convection 230C).
  • Bake the bread for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200C (convection 180C) and bake for another 20-30 minutes until cooked. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • Cool on a wire rack without a towel.
