protein 1 PC
5 cereal flakes 5-6 st. l

Cooking method

  • Beat the protein lightly with a fork until foam appears, add the curd and stir.
  • Pour cocoa (or coffee) with 3 teaspoons of boiling water and pour into the dough, stir again.
  • Add the flakes gradually to make a dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • Place the dough in muffin tins, filling the molds 2/3 full.
  • I set the steamer for 30 minutes. During the baking process, they "rise ", but also "fall off"while cooling down.

Girls, you yourself look at the state of the test, maybe more boiling water will be needed, depending on what kind of cottage cheese .. I had fresh, juicy in itself .. 9% fat ... You can do it with low fat ..
