Well, baked it. Reduced the recipe by 20%, i.e. milk 90 ml, 3 eggs (because they are very large homemade), melted margarine 160 g, salt 1.6 tsp, sugar 56 g, flour 520 g. The gingerbread man seemed to me thin, so I poured a generous handful of muesli with strawberries and cherries, because of them I had to put 3 tsp of yeast. There was no chocolate, I added 120 g of dry raisins. Special mode, light crust. The loaf rose and baked without any problems, it turned out to be extremely tasty, beautiful, fragrant. Did according to the calculated rate TATbRHA but took a chance and added more sugar, namely - 5 tbsp. spoons and 3 tsp. yeast.
