Bork X800. Rustic French bread (1.25 kg)

Ingredients
1. Water 500 ml
2. Flour 565 g
3. Whole grain flour 175 g
4. Salt 2 tsp.
5. Yeast 2 tsp.
Cooking method

Place all the baking ingredients in the order shown. Set the crust color CRUST DARK - dark, set the size of the loaf to SIZE 1.25 kg, select the BASIC program "Basic mode", press the START button.
I did everything according to the recipe. Used whole grain flour "Garnets".
The bread is soooooooooooooo delicious.

Cooking time: 3 hours 20 minutes
Cooking program: BASIC
