  • Pour the sauce into a baking dish. Fold the duck there with the future face down, seal the shape tightly with foil. Alternatively, you can use a mold with a well-fitting lid, otherwise the sauce may completely boil away.

  • Place the duck in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes. The time depends on the size of the pieces.
  • Take out the form after the time has passed. Turn on the grill or overhead heating element to maximum.
  • Turn the duck pieces over in the mold, test for softness - pierce with a knife or fork, and bake for a few more minutes on the upper level to brown the skin.
