Turkey gratin for CUCKOO 1054

Ingredients

Turkey breast 1 PC. (230g.)
Potatoes 4 things.
Cream 22% 400g.
Fresh thyme 1 branch
Garlic 1 tooth
Nutmeg 1 \ 2h. l.
Cheese 70g.
Salt pepper taste
Butter for lubrication

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan, mix the cream with thyme (only leaves), garlic (squeeze through a press) and nutmeg, heat until boiling. Oven mode 3 level 1 minute. Pour into a separate bowl.
  • Cut the potatoes into thin slices. I rubbed the finest on Berner. Finely chop the turkey. Grate the cheese.
  • Grease a saucepan with butter. Lay out a layer of potatoes in the manner of a scale, so that the circles overlap one another. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/3 of the cream. Top with 1/2 turkey and 1/3 cheese.
  • Then again potatoes, salt, pepper, cream, turkey, cheese.
  • The last layer is potatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, cream.
  • Squeeze everything with a spatula (the cream should be flush with the potatoes).
  • Multi-cook mode 15 minutes 110C.
  • Also, the dish can be baked in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.
  • Sooooo delicious. Even the husband who does not favor turkey purred with pleasure !!! I just want to quote the classic: "How delicious I cook!" (from)

Note

Based on recipes from the internet.

lungwort
Mistletoe, smart girl! It looks and I think it tastes very, very ... Everyone should envy my husband.
Omela
Natalia, Thank you!
Yeah, husband grit, pralna, let them envy !!!

oh yes class! clever girl! I don't have thyme, only dry ...
Omela
Anya, Thank you! It can be dry, of course, if not. Do you have Uzbeks selling greens in the market ?? What other fresh grass is there? Rosemary, for example. Still, fresh is more fragrant.
14anna08
you know, we only have Armenians with gypsies, and also Azerbaijanis ... but tomorrow I run to one seller he has a lot of things ...
Omela
Yeah .. my dear country is wide !!
I used fresh thyme for the first time, I made fish with it (I will show it tomorrow) and today I have potatoes. I liked it very much. It will be softer than rosemary.
julifera
I will definitely do it, we love potatoes with meat in different versions
Rosemary, yes, slightly cruel, but dry so in general, you have to be neat with it.
My thyme is only dry, I smelled it, almost the same as dry savory.
So, if you close the name with your hand, I won’t guess in which bag where what
Omela
Yeah, Yul, Do It!!

And with dry grass still depends on the manufacturer. What is in the bags in the store - in general, practically does not smell of anything, that by weight in "Indian Spices", for example, there is already a smell. And what about the place where this grass is dried - so generally mortality. They gave me "Provencal herbs" from France (thanks to Ira Kisura), so they are literally 1 \ 2h. l. you need such a scent.

I also wanted to clarify that the twig is like this:

Kseniamy turkey is respected. I do it quite often. And we must have some weed in the store, we must take a look.
As a child, our dad did something like this dish with and without meat, potatoes in cream, and we did not know what it was gratin

Simply gratin is a foreign word for a way of cooking food in the oven or on the grill. In our opinion, casserole ...
Ksyusha, excellent gratin, aromatic and tasty. Thank you!
I'm just steaming turkey cutlets, and now I will add thyme from my garden to them. Thanks for the idea! I recommend growing it, Ksyusha! Unpretentious - even from under the snow you can extract it and does not change its qualities ...
Omela
Yeah, Tanyush, try it. I’m just going to waste it. Until you get bored.

Marish, Thank you! It is necessary to write down, Schaub not to forget. In the spring, we will live, sow.

Off-topic. I sowed last year - did not sprout.

: hi: Mistletoe! I had a question: "How do you get the gratin out of the saucepan, so that the view is presentable and so that you can eat it lukewarm?" Flip like pie?
Omela
lungwort, only did yesterday. Only instead of turkey - mixed minced meat. Before you get it, I cut with the butt of a wide shoulder blade, like a pie. In principle, it is pulled out normally.

Ludmila, we can what kind of another you need, or change the manufacturer. By the way, I forgot. Who would kick in the spring.

Maybe the seeds are of poor quality. And the summer before last was very hot, they might have dried up in the ground. Although she was still sowing oregano, she rose and overwintered and this summer it grew and bloomed very abundantly
