People that no one has even heard of this dryer? It is stated that it has a blowing principle like izidri
Oksasha
I have had such a dryer for several months.
Dried: apples, pears, plums, bananas.

The principle of blowing is like that of isidri, but there are differences - the power is less.

Thanks for the answer! I also bought this dryer and I think it's no worse than ezidri (maybe better). 500W power, like Ezidri Snackmaker. it also dries in time, some products are even faster. the grid on the trays is shallow, the berries do not fall through, it is made of plastic to which almost nothing sticks. height is adjustable, trays can be purchased. I bought with a thermostat for 1850 rubles. + add. trays 150 r. for a couple. so I don’t see any difference in the work of dryers, and prices are very different.

I like my dryer - FOR HEALTH! Dry what you want in it and post recipes and their photos here - we will all see what and how you cook!

We have already seen the recipes from Isidri, now I would like to see yours and be happy for you! There are a lot of vegetables and fruits on sale, you can still cook tasty treats - WAITING!

I wanted to find out if ezidri is so good standing 7000 r. and now I found out that for 2000 rubles. you can buy no worse. I wrote here - maybe it will come in handy for someone whose finances do not allow buying ezidri.
And about the dryers - I will definitely choose the time and post it. I have twins, one year old, so there is not enough time.

To find out which of them is better - you need to have both models and cook in parallel on both and then compare! And so in words, and comparing only by cost - this is not a comparison!

To each his own! And each of us has the right to choose what his eye is on fire!
Cook for health in your dryer, and display your recipes with photos! We will be glad to receive your recipes!

Thank you for your wishes! And I figured out by reviews (including yours, a special thank you), user reviews, and not by price. And I in no way belittle the dignity of izidri. I was just looking for as good and cheaper as possible.

I put about 400 ml of puree in a tray, sprinkled with sesame seeds and put on the lower tray. I dried apples on the other trays. Everything dried up in 7 hours.

I don't remember exactly, but not for long. I scalded them whole with boiling water (so that the skin does not get stiff). Then I cut it, cooked it in syrup for about 10 minutes and dried it.

Good evening! I bought this dryer a week ago, I really like that the sound is very quiet, very compact, but it was embarrassing that two kg of apples were drying at full power on four grates for 16 hours. Girls, owners of the same dryer as yours is drying in time? In my opinion, my old one dried it by 250 watts faster: girl_sad: I cut out the middle of the apples and cut them into thin chips of 0.3-0.5 mm each ..... By the way, candied melon and kiwi dried almost twice as fast ...

Hello! I dried apples for 7-8 hours on 5 trays. Perhaps yours were very juicy?
larissa
Yes, I would not say that they are very juicy, the variety is golden from the store (unless they have been processed with something, since I have an apple in my refrigerator for almost half a year and practically it has not changed ...) try to take some others ...) For some reason it just seemed to me that it did not get the temperature from me, because the top cover was a little lukewarm, although maybe these are design features. I will continue to torment her. because I really liked the design of the drying itself and the fact that it is practically inaudible (I have something to compare with, since the old one buzzes like a Boeing on takeoff)

As pallets, you can use flexible chopping boards made of polypropylene (pallets for isidri made of polypropylene). In the fix-price, these are sold 2 pcs. - 37 p.

Hello! Somehow I did not bother with this topic, I did it by eye. But you can put the thermometer on the middle tray and measure it in several positions of the regulator.
Vladlenara
Good evening everyone! Answering one of the previous questions: The temperature in the dryer will depend on the number of pallets. I advise you to strongly ignore it.
I bought the "Mistress's Secret" at the beginning of summer, which makes me very happy. I want to share my best practices. I really wanted to make a kind of "Jezerie", such as is sold in the Behetle store. It looks like a gelatinous juice with a viscous consistency with nuts and dried fruits. Since it takes a long time to dry on the sheets, but you just can't put a lot on the mesh, I "added" agar-agar with water to the fruit mass with sugar. I poured it into molds, then cut it into pieces with a thickness of 0, 5, put it on the dryer and dried it to a consistency that I like. I love the semblance of butterscotch to chew
daisy-t
Great idea! I'll have to try. Anything else interesting you have?

When I bought my Elross, there were no pallets, so I was surprised to see them here.
Did you just cut to shape? With what?
Scissors are unlikely to take the board.

I cut it out with scissors. They are thin, plastic. Dried marshmallows on them. Wonderful.

Girls, good afternoon. Interested in this dryer. But nowhere in the Internet did I find information, does it have overheating protection? Everywhere a standard set of phrases. And this is not an unimportant point. After all, in the country you will not always be near. Tell me, pliz ... Who already has this miracle. Also, what is the lowest temperature? 40 or 55 degrees?
mur_myau
Ell,
She periodically clicks off the thermostat, that is, the heating somehow stops for a while.
Is it overheating protection or not?

I have been using it for a long time, I have a model with a thermostat, I'm very happy.
Minimum 38-42C, depending on the pallet (measured with a baby bath thermometer). I bought pallets and increased the structure to 9 levels, everything dries well, especially herbs that cannot be overheated. In a rainy summer, I dried herbs and herbs in this dryer on low heat, and usually I hang brooms in the barn.
The lowest and the highest levels are hottest.
Ell
Elena, thank you very much for the information. Since it periodically snaps off, then there must be a thermal sensor and a shutdown relay. I also want the SP-020 model. I have been dreaming of a dryer for a long time, but all hands did not reach. Here again she reached the last ... Eh! I didn't find pallets separately on sale. Apparently they took everything apart, or they are producing a little.
mur_myau
Ell,
I did not buy in the store, but directly from their website, everything was in stock: both pallets and a dryer. At the same time, I also took vacuum lids to store dry workpieces. (They replaced the marinator for me, by the way !!!)
There, at the beginning of the topic, it seems, just such vacuum caps in the photo. Or I'm wrong?

The brochure in the kit contains the address of the site, and their online store is also there. They even send cash on delivery.
mur_myau
Ell,
PS
I like their plastic pallets. Not transparent, like others, which can easily crack when dropped, but such a thick white. When I wash them, I knock them out.))) I am engaged in vandalism, in general.
Ell
I was on their website. They redid it and there are no more dryers there, apparently they decided not to trade anymore. I also liked the plump trays. When there is a small yula-shamela in the house, whose hands work faster than the head, this is very useful. We don't just have vandalism, we have flying saucers. I saw the vacuumator there too, but they don't offer it on sale either, you have to look elsewhere.

Eh, I just wanted to give my mother such a dryer by summer. She wanted it for a long time. Such a surprise.
I wrote to them by mail, what else they will answer ...
PS And the letter came back. Some kind of error on their website. Hopefully this is just a redesign of the site.

under type izedrai - pallets with side airflow and a hole in the middle DRYHOVEY-M dryer - round, available with 5 pallets, available with 8 Dryer for vegetables and fruits El Ross Secret of the Hostess SP-020, I like it, I use it more for drying, for drying - ROTOR round.
mur_myau
Irsha,
I'll take a note. The pallets are opaque, they are strong, probably ...
Is there a topic here about this dryer? How much does it cost?
natushka
Girls, how do you use what you've dried, well, carrots, dill, parsley (soups), apples, pears, berries (compotes), and tomatoes and peppers? What else do you dry and how do you use it? This I mean that it is also interesting to try dried from the dryer, but I do not need large volumes, and there is nowhere to put the dryer, but the handles then reach the dryer, everything is interesting

How do we use it? Very simple and tasty - see here recipes and comments to them "Recipes for an electric dryer" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=174.0

Soon six years, energy rushing ...
And Sukhovey M does not have a thermostat, unfortunately. Although the rest of their modifications come with a thermostat. Strange so. Actually, I want to determine myself at what temperature what to dry.
Irgata
I bought DRY-M solely out of curiosity - after reading about izdri and imbued with its usefulness and ease of use, I was puzzled by its high price for me ... and the inability to buy in my city + the same shipping cost .. Again, after reading on the forum about DRY VEHICLES - at the first opportunity I bought exactly -M, since it was stated that her gratings were like those of edri, although DRY-M is smaller in size than the ROTOR dryers I have and is more expensive, for me it is convenient for drying, heating and the air is blown over the entire volume at once, and the upper tray dries a little faster than the lower ones. The ROTOR dries faster, I think the fan is more powerful. My dryers work from August to November, praise to them and their creators. By the way, instead of izedraevsky nets on pallets, I bought nets for ironing clothes at a ridiculous price - they are heat-resistant.

if they can withstand the temperature of the iron - I think they are super resistant to everything

Temperature isn't everything. I want to know the type of plastic, its safety. In general, I planned a trip to the hardware store, I will study the label.))

, more recently, received quite quickly. The Elros website does not seem to exist now, the plant has stopped producing these dryers, as I understand it, but I wrote to the plant and they sent me additional trays. I found it somewhere else when I was looking for where to order, but here it was cheaper, I bought it for 2040 rubles (delivery is free, it turned out because.received at the point of issue) + trays with shipping 475 rubles. Now I have 9 trays, the principle of operation is the same as that of Isidri, only the maximum activation for 48 hours without rest is possible, but it seems to me that this is not critical. I liked the shape, this neat, the cord goes inside and the switch on the panel is what she bribed me with. Type in the search to buy a dryer Secret of the hostess 020, maybe where you have something closer.
Sofi771
natushka, of course, thanks) They seem to be nowhere to be found (and in your store too), and will not be discontinued ..

Maybe someone will tell you a similar option - side airflow + thermostat + pallet height norms .. Izya is too tough for me.

Well, it depends on the mode and drying technology, most likely you yourself violated it.

The temperature at the dryer is good, the power too - it should work out.

Tomatoes turn black if the temperature is low for drying, or if they took breaks in drying, the tomatoes could become damp. You need to dry at a high temperature for several hours until they dry out and the moisture from them evaporates, and only then you can slowly lower the temperature.
The recipe is here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=141689.0 a very simple recipe, I myself have recently dried in this way. And see other options for drying tomatoes.
