sour cream 250gr
pita 1 PC
onion 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Pie in lavash (multicooker Brand 37501) Add onion, salt, pepper and favorite spices to the minced meat, mix. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Beat eggs lightly with a fork and mix with sour cream and finely chopped garlic. Wash the potatoes, peel and coarsely grate, add salt, a spoonful of sour cream and mix. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter and spread the pita bread (large size) on the bottom so that the corners do not interfere yet. On the bottom, alternately lay out the filling in thin layers, 1/3 of the minced meat, potatoes, sour cream sauce, cheese and cover with one corner of the lavash. Then follow the same pattern, minced meat, potatoes, sauce, cheese ... I got three layers. Cover the cake with the last two corners, fill it with sauce and put the bowl in a slow cooker. We turn on the baking program for 1 hour, at the end of the program it is better to leave it on the heating for twenty minutes. After that, we take out the cake on a plate. Puff pastry in pita bread is ready. Bon Appetit!
