Ingredients

Flour 2 glasses
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 6 tbsp. l.
Ryazhenka 1 glass
Salt Taste.

Cooking method

  • Pour flour into a cup, grate cold butter on a grater. Add baking powder and fermented baked milk. Stir until smooth. Add flour until a soft, pliable dough is obtained. It shouldn't be too cool. Place the dough on a floured surface. Cut into small pieces and form into balls. Put the balls on a greased baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 230 degrees. Take out after 30 minutes.
  • They can be used as a substitute for bread or served with tea with jam.
  • Bon Appetit!

Okay, no sugar - but no salt too?

Salt can be added to taste. You can also sugar, if you like. Here, as anyone likes. There was simply no salt in the recipe that I know.
