Ninochka, countrywoman, hello!
Yes, the multicooker is amazing, a magic pot that helps us a lot in the kitchen!
Even the simplest dishes can be prepared in an interesting and unusual way.

Irinka, I really liked the method of making dumplings, she did it in Stadler, and now in Lumme LU-1447, convenient and tasty, now the dumplings are the only way. Dumplings on the express program (multicooker Stadler Form)
vernisag
To your health! Very appetizing dumplings They fried so beautifully, the program in lumme is apparently faster than in the staler.
Elena Gar
Probably, but they also turn out to be healthy in the staler! There are no pictures, however.

Found an express program in Redmond
vernisag
It remains to try to cook
SvetaI
Irina, thank you very much for a new way of cooking dumplings for me. My Redmond did a great job. Homemade dumplings 460 grams, did not fit in one row on the bottom, so I added a little more water so that the top row was at least half covered. Everything cooked perfectly, nothing stuck together, the bottom row was a little fried and it turned out very tasty. Of the shortcomings, I can only note one - the cooking time is noticeably longer than just cooking, the program worked for me for about 40 minutes, I must bear this in mind next time.
This is how they looked at the end of the program:

Svetlana You can cook pastries on the program, I think everything will be ready in 20-25 minutes. And you don't need much water, they are steamed
mamusi
Svetlanawhat Redmond is this?)
And then I only have Baby 02.

vernisag, Irishik, hello!
Here I ran into your "lazy" recipe.
*
Looking at what to adapt from my park?
It's summer now, it's hot, we need more recipes for the lazy, "self-preparing".

SvetaI
mamusi, I have Redmond PMC-PM380, but it seems to me that if your 02 has the Express program, then it works about the same as in mine. Try it, very tasty and lazy Or try it on baked goods, here vernisag, Irina says that it is also possible.

Thank you!)

6 liter: Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion) # 490
Girls, Irishik, sorry for the offtopic and this is SHE that the most the slow cooker, about which they said that she the best at Redmond, the coolest, super-duper and expensive and so on ...
Or am I confusing?
And then I'm very interested ...
(Toys are not enough for me))))
And Shteba is THAT, fulyuganite, more and more often ...

How is it just babies? You have a bunch of multicooker and Polaris recently bought

Yes, you are a little confused.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 - a very good, multifunctional, simple and reliable device, of a fairly large volume, at a relatively affordable price. At the moment, its price is from 5500-6000 rubles. It is somewhat difficult to buy a suitable compatible stainless steel bowl for it (they are not sold everywhere and the price is not humane, approx. 3000 rubles), but it seems that NEC aluminum bowls of 6 liters with a height of 157 mm and a diameter of 220 mm are suitable (declared as compatible with a multicooker VES SK-A14 with a bowl of the same size).

And Shteba is THAT TOGO
Shtebu, it is logical, to change to the model and brand to which fit shtebovskie bowls (for example, for DD2 XL, this is, as one of the options, the 6 L Land Life pressure cooker multicooker).

Thank you, Marina. I have Shteba dd1 5 l.
We passed the dd2 headquarters for 5 liters to Ozone by marriage. Out of stock was not available at that time. Well, we and .. gave up. The money was returned to us. Returned quickly. For now, I don't want Steju anymore. Putting on my dd1. My husband recently fixed a pipette valve. While the lid works again.

Irisha, I mean by Redmond - only babies!
And so - yes, I have two kids Phillips, Toshiba 4.5 liters. He cooks only rice according to specialization, so to speak ...
With Polaris, Irish, such a story ...
I gave it to my son in exchange for Panasik -10 (my eternal love))))

And he plays with pleasure now - 72 programs !!!!!
Just happy! He loves to cook.
And I wildly yearned for Panasik ...

I also gave my son two multis, a stadler and a Toshiba, he loves to cook, he is delighted with the stadler.

Yeah, Irishik, and now I miss ... although objectively nothing is needed. But the soul asks for a newcomer. I ordered a slow cooker Kitfort 13 for 4.5 liters.
I'll see what kind of animal. The points were in Eldorado ... well ...
I never had them. And it’s interesting!

AAaaaaa, now I know what you have chosen!

Irish, we urgently need to try your way
vernisag
I have a kitfort for 3.5 liters, I want for 1.5 liters (but I know that my daughter will swear)
I also have a 4.5 liter kenwood, which is of course very huge, but cool, there is no comparison with whales. Kitenko just wants to be a toy, sometimes cook porridge, maybe something else. Soon we will part with our daughters, I'm the only one.

Lyudmila, of course

Can't you cook like that in other cartoons? I only have Panasik10 and Element now ... Can't they work? They do not have the Express program. And so I want such dumplings!
OgneLo
Guzel62, as an option, the "Rice" program may be suitable, but the time will need to be determined and set by itself.

Thanks everyone. Need to try!

baking program
I would not use programs that heat over 100 ° C to boil water. In my quick-release it says:
Quote: Instructions for Redmond PMC-PM380
IMPORTANT! If you are using the appliance to boil water (for example, when cooking food), FORBIDDEN set the cooking temperature above 100 ° C. This can lead to overheating and damage to the device. For the same reason FORBIDDEN use for boiling water of the "FRYING / FRYING", "BAKING", "BREAD" programs.
The algorithm of the Express program is the preparation of rice and crumbly cereals in water. It provides for automatic shutdown after the water has completely boiled away. A pressureless program with an open valve, i.e. the evaporation of moisture serves as a signal to stop the program. Rice, for Asian dishes, in principle, is prepared according to a similar algorithm.
vernisag
Lord, how good it is that I do not read these stupid instructions, along with their stupid recipes and live peacefully, as I like and cook.
Moreover, we are not going to boil the water, there are dumplings at the bottom of the bowl, the water will boil off and the dumplings will be fried.
mamusi
vernisag, Irish, forgive me for climbing your topic with my "personal belongings", but

I got my Slow ... and I'm afraid of it. Give me the recipe, for God's sake, so that I can cook a thread tomorrow, otherwise I already think I bought it in vain ...
It makes it wildly hot in the kitchen, while for 4 hours I tried to "boil" the water in it.
Only tiny gurgles went to the bottom after 4 hours !!!!!

Rituel, stuffed cabbage rolls slowly turn out awesome, in sour cream
mamusi
OgneLo, Marina ま り な, we have

somehow they don't eat cabbage soup.
In the south. Only borscht !!!
But your version, my dear, I'll try ... when I buy normal cabbage. Thank you.
Everything that is now being sold is "too young" for my taste!
The fair will come tomorrow - I hope they will bring good vegetables.
I'm there in Slowly, Marine, I'm already complaining, take a look ...

Innusik
In Panasik-10, such a program is Plov. The water boils away and the bottom is slightly browned.
mamusi
vernisag, went to cook ...

Well, here they are ...
Great recipe and Express program. I have 35 minutes.
