Well, since this recipe has ended up in this section, then I am correcting its name, since there is no Express mode in the Brand 37501 multicooker.

Well, here I have a 37502 multicooker - and I want, for example, to play such a recipe!
Will all this work for me on "Krupa" - "Express", or on other cereal programs too?
Manna
Olga, I cooked the same thing on the Express in Kromax. So ... I think it should work on the Express at 37502 too. These programs are similar in time and temperature conditions. It will be hotter on "Plov" than on "Express". This time I had practically no water (the bottom was slightly covered), and therefore the fried crust. If there is more liquid, then it will not redden so much. But I don't pour more than 1mst, otherwise the potatoes will boil.
MariV
Thank you! Today I will make pork with potatoes!
Manna
Then will you tell / show how it happened? It is very interesting to see how it turns out in this mode in 37502
MariV
No, it won't work today - they asked for mashed potatoes at home, and the pig comes in a pressure cooker.
Manna
Well, another time
By the way, I thought ... that if the pig is not very young, then whether 35 minutes will be enough for her, will it not be harsh.I didn’t cook the pig that way, the current chicken
MariV
Yesterday I bought an amazing pig - a spatula, pickled it for about an hour and made it yesterday in a cartoon, however, another, the simplest model - first fry it on "buckwheat", then brought it to condition on stewing. I didn't pay attention for a while, because I fell asleep treacherously ... If the pork is young and steamy, then you don't need much time ...

Well, yes, well, yes I meant the opposite situation
Although, if the chicken is ancient, then it also has to be stewed longer.

All this I mean is that it is better not to torture very ancient meat in this mode with potatoes, because it will still have to be extinguished later, otherwise it will be harsh
Manna
Today I made chicken with cabbage in this mode. Not fried, of course. Braised, with a light toasted bottom. True, longer than with potatoes - there is more moisture.

I also wanted to show the chicken and potatoes, cut into discs, in the same mode

This makes potatoes less fried than whole potatoes.

Prepared! My husband appreciated I don't even mind buying one more multicooker if I cook such goodies in it every day! True, there was no rosemary, but still very tasty!
Manna
Mashunya, I am very glad that my husband appreciated the dinner! For me, this is the best praise when a man likes a dish.
