Ingredients

Drinking cream 10% 2 l
Fat cream 33-38% 0,5 l
Blueberry puree 0,5 l
Vanilla 1 pod
Sugar (fructose) taste
Orange liqueur 100 ml
Gelatin (~ 10 g for every 0.5 l of liquid) 60 g

Cooking method

  • For ease of preparation, you will need 2 containers of approximately 2 liters - separately for the creamy and blueberry mass.
  • I do not specifically indicate the proportion of sugar in the dessert, since this is a matter of individual taste. Someone needs 10 g of sugar per 0.5 l, and someone 50 g. Try it while cooking - this is the best option to choose your own dose. I will warn you about one thing: do not oversweeten, because you cannot hear the taste of delicate vanilla cream or blueberries refined with liqueur behind the sweetness.
  • Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and peel off the black seeds with the butt of a knife.
  • Heat 0.5 l of drinking cream until hot with seeds and an empty vanilla pod. Add gelatin (if necessary, pre-soaked) and stir until completely dissolved. Strain the finished mixture so that lumps of undissolved gelatin do not fall.
  • Whip the heavy cream until frothy.

  • Blueberries (thawed or in their own juice), rub through a sieve and puree. Stir liqueur to blueberries.

  • Add half of the whipped cream to the blueberries and stir.

  • Add sugar gradually, waiting for complete dissolution, so as not to oversweeten, the dessert should not be sugary. This will be our blueberry blank.
  • Mix the rest of the whipped cream with the rest of the drinking cream, sweeten it until you enjoy it.

  • Into both of our mixtures - blueberry and cream - in a thin stream, add 1/2 part of cream with gelatin and vanilla, stirring thoroughly and continuously.
  • Now you can pour the mixture into the mold.

  • It is convenient to do this by taking our containers in both hands, and at the same time or one by one pour into the mold. Then use a spoon to make one zigzag in a Z shape for a marbled effect.

  • You can make wavy, rather than straight cuts with an ordinary thin knife.
