How wonderful it turned out. And in the evening I will try to make baked milk in the Oursson MV pressure cooker. That would turn out like you have a thick, cream-like ...

In our saucepan, porridge is obtained as if with flooded milk
Here's another ryazhenka I want to master from such milk.

Prepared milk, softer than purchased. I noticed that a thin foam formed at the bottom of the pan, I got scared, I thought that the milk was burnt. : - \ The film turned out to be thin, pink in color, it comes off easily from a soft sponge. If this film is gently removed from the bottom of the pan and the milk is darkened for some more time, then the milk may acquire a brighter color. This will probably be good for the fermented baked milk. And today I put the fermented baked milk and yogurt, but in the oven. Milk porridge is cooked in MV for the morning. In Oursonchik, it is also ghee if left heated.

This recipe is made in a pressure cooker. For a multicooker, 40 minutes is not enough. Much more is needed for her. Few hours. Depends on your MV model (its power)

Mulinex, but without a pressure cooker, my pressure cooker is separately littered somewhere in a box, so I have never tried it.
Thanks again for your answer.

Moulinex,

there is a separate topic for your multicooker, though not very rich

HERE.

if you have one, then in it you need to keep your milk in the stewing mode for 3-4 hours, until it is creamy. I think so (c)

I tried to make milk on LP for 1 hour, but for some reason the pressure did not build up after boiling. I checked everything ten times, I don’t understand why, in the end it stood on heating until the morning and nothing happened, it concentrated a little like boiled, plus an unpleasant taste. Have you tried to do on ND?
marcy
what caused the pressure not to build up? maybe the O-ring was not tightly pressed or something was wrong with the valve?
at low pressure did about an hour.

I did it for about an hour at low pressure.

every other day I do something on pressure. strange.

that way
Ryazhenka is simple. Ferment baked milk with any sour milk (I fermented with kefir or sour cream). periodically turn on the heating for half a minute. And wait 3-4 hours.

Anya, thanks for the recipe, I'll try to cook it.

Thank you very much for the recipes for both milk and fermented baked milk (by the way, I tried to make it in a yogurt maker, too
it turned out deliciously, only longer in time).

I beg your pardon, but the milk will not "run away" under pressure?
