Another lemon pie

Ingredients

Flour 3.5 cups
Butter or margarine 250gr
Pressed yeast 20gr
Sour cream 1 glass
Salt pinch
Lemons 2 large
Sugar 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in a sweat, add a pinch of salt, let it ferment a little. Meanwhile, grind butter (I cook with margarine) grind with flour. Combine sour cream with flour and butter, quickly knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, wash the lemons, scald with boiling water. Chop them up in a food processor. Or scroll in a meat grinder with a large grill. It is advisable not to grind madly. Add sugar.
  • Divide the dough into three parts. Roll them out to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Place the first layer of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread half of the lemon filling evenly on top of it. Cover it with a second layer of dough. Lay out the rest of the filling. Cover it with a third layer of dough. Pinch edges carefully. Bake at 200 * for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.

And we usually three lemons on a grater and choose the seeds. I don’t remember that it tasted bitter. You can also remove the yellow part of the peel with a fine grater, put it in the filling, remove the white subcrust, and peel the slices of films.
