The pictures are so beautiful! You are our clever ones!

And did not dare to taste the taste? :-) And then only praise the photo.

Yes, I rarely cook pilaf - for some reason I don't really like rice. But when a person does something with his soul, it is immediately obvious. And very nice.

Thank you. And, pilaf is probably a really masculine dish. My recipe is no exception, in which there is a sufficient amount of spices so that lovers of spicy dishes should like it. Well, for the rest I advise you to just reduce the dosage a little.
P.S By the way, I tried to experiment without the intervals for adding ingredients. When laying all the products at the same time, pilaf turns out to be just as tasty, only the rice does not become crumbly, but a little overcooked, as in cereals. I cooked it this way when they went to the beach. Everything was ready for our return, and the delayed start timer coped with the task perfectly

Nuuuuuuu, women also love spicy ... Have you tried cooking on the "Pilaf" or "Rice" mode? Or is there no such regime in your CF? Although, in my opinion, all CFs have such a regime.

Yes, CF is a thing. I myself am not overjoyed for my third year. In general, I love all sorts of adaptations that facilitate domestic work.

Unfortunately, the "Pilaf" or "Rice" mode in this model is not marked so that it was necessary to go experimentally in search of a suitable program.

Today I cooked according to this recipe, but of course I did something in my own way, namely frying and frying the meat in a pan first. In general, it turned out yummy!

Thanks to the author for the recipe!
Pilaf lover, doing it on a fire in cast iron.
The same electric pan started up at home
I decided to make it at home so to speak. I threw the meat into the oil, I open it at 1.3 and everything is a little warm there, probably it shouldn't be this way or my pan is not working properly. Well, it’s not clear to me when it doesn’t squirt when cooking. I prepared all the stages of the tabs for the turbo function, steamed the rice, added warm water and turned it on to the main mode. The pilaf is delicious and crumbly. The family grunted on both cheeks
