Vinegar 9% 1 tsp

Wheat flour 500 g
SAF yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Lay: Water, vinegar, milk, flour, yeast in the middle, in the dimple, the rest on the sides. The result is bread as in the picture, a little lean, it reminds - Soviet sieve bread.
