  • Mix all the other ingredients, divide the resulting dough into 2 parts.
  • Grease a multicooker saucepan with butter or margarine, put strips of baking paper criss-cross on top (so that later you can get it out without damaging the tender dough).

  • Spread the cranberry filling on top, cover with the second sheet of dough.
  • Turn on the "manual" mode 150 degrees, bake for 1 hour.

Note

I bought some not very tasty dates and decided to "attach" it. I chose a recipe on the Internet and mixed all the ingredients for the cakes, I realized that the recipe was unsuccessful, there were no liquid products in it, I got a slide with flour, cereals and sugar. Offended by the recipe, I added one egg. And then it dawned on me that the photo from the site did not correspond to what I would get, in the photo above there was a white fill from which it is not clear, in the recipe nothing but the test did not appear. Decorated as she thought of. I will not post a link to the recipe.
My husband asked me to call it that, he said that it was very tasty and they have a masculine taste: cranberries give sourness, and also bitter chocolate, and the dough is unusual. I decided to call it that.

Cool! It’s always like that, it’s not clear where we get a masterpiece!

Experimenting is always great! And the successful ones - even more so

Dates with cranberries are a new combination (for me).

Only one question emerged: are 150 grams of dates put in the dough, and the other 150 grams in the filling? Am I getting it right? Do not be offended by the meticulousness, but we are all human and are not immune from mistakes, just in the ingredients you have no division into dough and stuffing.

Thank you for noticing my mistake! Dates only 150 gr. And they go to the filling! Forgive me for misleading right now I will correct. By the way. I also tried the combination of dates with cranberries for the first time in this recipe and I really liked it, it turned out something like sweet and sour jam! and in general, the cakes have such an unusual taste: due to the oatmeal, the dough is tender and not cloying like an ordinary shortbread, but in combination with sweet and sour finally otpad. My husband does not like sweets, but here he ate and praised
