  • The chicken was put on defrost since the evening, but there was no thought of how to cook it. So what's wrong with that? But nothing, and vice versa, very cool! Let there be complete improvisation.
  • In the refrigerator, two carrots were lonely bored, which were safely grated into small straws. The chicken was "scalped" and cut into portions. A pair of oranges, which had been shifted from place to place for the third day already, were washed and cut in half. The spices were in full readiness near the multicooker. Finely chopped garlic.
  • Let's start preparing the masterpiece. In the multicooker, select the "Roasting-Vegetables 10 minutes" mode. Give the saucepan a couple of minutes to warm up and pour a tablespoon of sunflower oil into it. Put the prepared carrots on top. We ourselves go to the window and admire the beautiful spruce tree in the neighboring yard and sort through the list of gifts for dear and beloved people in our head. Is the list checked and verified? So, it's time to send the chicken to the fried carrots, just do not forget to change the program to "Stew for 30 minutes".
  • If you are a hostess "rich" in multicooker, then we turn on the second assistant and prepare a side dish in her. I was not so lucky and had to cook “dancing with tambourines” on the stove in a glass saucepan. Spaghetti was supposed to be a side dish, and whoever tried to cook them in a glass saucepan at least once, I will understand what a hassle it is.
  • In the meantime, a cartoon who is preparing a chicken signaled to us that she had completed the task and it was time to refine the taste of the bird. We turn on the "Fry-Meat 5 minutes" program. And let's start the magic. We send garlic to a saucepan. Mix everything and count to 10. We send the spices into the saucepan. I wanted a delicate gravy today. Therefore, I took some black coarsely ground pepper, salt, a teaspoon of honey and turmeric. If you want a little spice in the dish, then substitute curry for turmeric and add ginger. We mix everything and count again to 10.
  • Oranges, flowing in large tears of fragrant juice, should be quickly squeezed into our emanating southern aromas and almost ready-made dish. Pour everything on top with cream or non-acidic sour cream. And of course herbs! Provencal! A generous pinch! After stirring for the last time, we loudly award ourselves the Order of the Best Chef of the Day!
  • You ask me why you can't just turn on the "Stew" program for 35 - 40 minutes instead of the 30 minutes I have described (well, and, accordingly, do not turn on the "Fry-Meat 5 minutes" program at the end). It is more convenient for me to have my assistant beep and call me at the moment when it is necessary to put in the spices (I have a friend named sclerosis, he often helps me to miss the important moment of ennobling the dish). And the program "Fry-Meat 5 minutes" has a slightly higher temperature, which favorably affects the disclosure of the aroma and taste of the spices.
  • Just do not try to taste this chicken until the moment you sit down at the table !!! Believe me, you will not be able to tear yourself away!
