On the site 🔗 there are two new models in addition to 075 and 125. Has anyone already used them? Where can you buy them?

They were a little discussed (search through the search by model), but as I understand it, no one else has, and no one has seen it on sale.
Now I discovered that one user, 755, has appeared.

I bought the 755 model in Kiev through the online store "DOG. UA" 🔗
Tel. 8-044-502-4-502 for 474 UAH Delivery in Kiev to any address-25 UAH,
delivery to Odessa - 13 UAH. Currently, this model is available in other online stores at approximately the same prices. The instruction in Russian is attached. There is an automatic dispenser, as in 125, there is no programming. The loaf is baked 500, 700 and 1000 gr. While mastering and collecting additives for baking interesting breads. From the pros - small dimensions and excellent design, a relative minus - a limited number of recipes, you have to recalculate from other recipes. The bread maker makes you creative with baking.

??? In addition to the previous one. It is very important that there is a very large window for viewing the baking process.

Everything is fine, but how can Delonghi now be imagined without programming? And that there are few native recipes, so it doesn’t matter that many people have a similar situation. Someone on the site complained that they did not give the recipe book at all and that they probably figured it out.

Try on GOOGLE to search for pictures or information using the keywords "bread maker", "bread machine" or "machine a pain" or "Brotbackautomat". What you see will amaze you. Please note that 99% of HP is with windows.
By the way, there are very few programmable bread makers. And they are considered Hi-End 'ohm, so to speak. For fanatics.

I don’t know what about the high end, a controversial issue, Delonghi has not been licked to the state of Lux, and white gold is not enough carat ..., but I think the 125th is a very worthy device for those who like to get to the bottom of it. To the essence of the phenomenon of bread. IMHO.

By the way, the question is:

when the Delonghi 125S is kneading, then there is a stream of air from the ventilation holes - this is a fan that cools the engine, and at the same time creates an air pressure in the oven chamber so that the flour does not dust in the first minutes of kneading (even taking into account the fact that the mixer at these minutes works sporadically and slowly). Is this provided in other stoves?

For example, in Moulinex 3000, there is nothing like that. And somewhere this was mentioned in Kenwood and Hitachi, but also like not in all models.

When I became more interested in the bread maker, I realized from the assortment of stores that they are generally very actively bought. All models and all firms. Only LG lingers on the shelves a little longer. There are no statistics or a hint in this, it's just that the sale is taking shape in our city.

a couple of days ago I returned my new Mulinex 3000 (a very long sad story), and now, after reading your forum, I want to buy 125 Delongues. But I saw a new 755 model on the site and I had a question: do they differ only in that there is a programming option in 125? and that's it? and noticed that the description for 755 indicates that there is a program for cakes and muffins. Is there this program in 125? If so, does she knead the dough onto the cake, or does she just pour out the dough that was prepared in advance?

The 125th has a KEKS program, this program both kneads and bakes. Separately, there is a program simply BAKING or as in the instructions ELECTRIC OVEN. Even in the 125th the weight of bread is up to 1.25 kg, and in 755, in my opinion, only 1 kg max.

What happened to Mulineshka?

With Mulineshka 3000, she was completely unlucky ... In the first one, which we bought, the programs were not determined, we went in a 14-day period and exchanged it for another, I was only glad that I would finally try myself as a baker ... and she started to rumble during the kneading, that the whole family ran to the kitchen to see what was happening there, I thought it would be easy to smash, but despite this the bread was baked very good. It's good that the 14 day period has not yet passed, we went and passed it. Now I don’t want Moulinex in principle, and in principle I will never buy anything in that store. Now I'm thinking about Delongy, one of these days I'll go buy, I hope that this time I will be more lucky.

In Vikotek, but that was back in February, now I saw them in Foxtrot on Grushevsky, and in Shock, and in Eldorado, in the latter, by the way, the cheapest

In Eldorado I bought Moulinex, so now I won't buy anything there, I was recently told that they have a lot of products for sale that have already been repaired ... I will probably buy in Shock, if someone does not pick it up before me, because they have only one.

Since the topic began with DeLonghi 755, I would like to hear the opinion of the owners about the dispensary.
Today I put bread with bran and seeds. 1 Classic program. After the preliminary kneading, KP beeped and some of the additives spilled out, but a good half remained in the dispensary. The kneading continued.
I waited about 10 minutes and could not stand it, I manually scraped out the remaining additives and poured into the dough.
What could be the problem? Veh not so many supplements I had, not even a full dispensary ...

Lastly, milk bread was baked. We made a large loaf, after kneading, we divided the piece into 2 halves. One was baked in a HB, the second in a Whirlpool JT 359 WH, set off for 30 minutes and 220 speed. As it turned out, it was necessary to take out after 20 minutes (but this is a matter of technology).

HB Delonghi bdm 1200, in comparison with previous attempts, managed to score "2", because: the dough was about 500g, the upper part at least finally came up but pale white (all the bread should be baked, and not just from the bottom!

P. s. before that we used SAF moment and McFu, on milk Sokolnicheskaya and a minute velor.

Conclusion: if you need a dough mixer, then you can buy Delonghi bdm 1200, if HB then take mulinex (Delonghi bdm 1200 is its clone made in whale, I expected the best from Delonghi, because I dealt with their coffee makers, air conditioners - things that are of high quality made and serve for 3-7 years).

Yes, there is a small problem with the dispenser. I have the same thing if I fall asleep with small additives, such as sunflower seeds. And large, such as pumpkin, nuts and raisins, pours out normally. But I rarely use it, I add it myself on a signal, since additives are not always placed in the dispenser (I like more). If interested, my review of this model. I have been using it for over a year.

We bought this oven (Delonghi BDM 755) over a year ago. We lived with our parents. They baked bread often, every other day (4 family members). Very satisfied. The bread is delicious if the recipe is good (thanks to the forum, there are many of them here). All programs work. The only thing that is not clear is the program for making jam.Cooking one jar at a time does not justify the time spent. Although the jam turns out to be tasty (they made cherry), alive.
Some users have come up with a towel trick - they cover the viewing window during baking, so that the crust is rosy.
For the entire period of operation there was one breakdown - the belt fell off, but it was their own fault, they overloaded it. The breakage was eliminated by my husband in 10 minutes.
The assembly is a little unimportant, but it fully justifies the money spent on the oven. But to be honest, I'm more worried about the end result, and it's good.
We left our parents and immediately there was a question about our own bread maker. I think users will understand me. Those who ate their bread will not return to the store. We decided to buy the same one. I'm used to her, I know her capabilities. I've been using it for a month, so far it's all good.

I have a question about model 755 - on which mode to bake rye bread - on basic (CLASSICO), or for wholemeal (INTEGRALE)?
And further. In the INTEGRALE mode there is a preheating of the components - does this somehow affect the "performance" of the pressed yeast (ie, how much the components are heated? Is the yeast "killed")?
Thank you

I haven't made a completely rye or rye-wheat one yet, but wheat-rye (250/150 and 150/150) is normally made on the classic.

About heating - in theory, just the point of heating is to create optimal for the development of yeast T. I think they should not be killed in any way. Although I myself haven’t tried it either, I will not be able to get the proper flour.

Is it in the oven, in the flour (yeast) or in the hands =)? All proportions from the recipe were followed. Three loaves like this.

Thank you.

History: they baked 5 loaves of classic, French, used different flour, yeast, more or less water / flour. The bottom line is always the same:

After 6-8 baking cycles, the heating element started working normally and began to bake the bread !!! Apparently it was necessary to "fry the heating element".
I bake constantly 2-3 a week. Such as in the oven does not come out, but also tasty and ruddy. The dough interferes perfectly for pizza, pasta.

p. from. ovens for a year.
