Turkey with tangerines - unusual roast

Ingredients

turkey fillet 1 kg
tangerines 10 pieces
honey 100g
pepper mix 1 tsp
salt, black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • A dish with the enchanting aroma of a winter holiday!
  • 1. Wash and dry the turkey meat and rub with a mixture of salt and pepper.

  • 2. Wash, dry the tangerines and cut some of the fruits (3-4 pieces) into circles. Squeeze the juice out of the rest.
  • 3. Make transverse cuts on the fillets at a distance of approx. 2 cm. Pepper the incisions and put a circle of tangerine in each. Next, secure the fillet with skewers or culinary thread.

  • 4. Place the turkey in a baking dish on a sheet of foil, wrap loosely and bake for about 1 hour at 200 *.
  • Mix tangerine juice with honey. Unfold the foil, pour the juice over the fillets and bake for another 15 minutes.
