Iceberg cake (multicooker Brand 37501)

Ingredients

for the cake:
egg 3 pcs.
sugar 1 glass (250 ml.)
soda 1 tsp
lemon acid 1/8 tsp
flour 1.5 cups (250 ml.)
cocoa 1 tbsp. the spoon
cream:
sour cream 400-500gr.
sugar 150 gr.
orange zest 1 tsp
Orange juice 1 tablespoon
glaze:
milk 4 table. spoons
butter 50 gr.
sugar 0.5 stack
cocoa 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Dough: beat eggs with sugar, add citric acid. Mix flour with baking soda, gently add to the beaten eggs, add cocoa, mix. Grease the multicooker pan with oil, put the dough there. Switch on the program "Manual" 150 degrees, for 1 hour. After stopping the program, leave it hot for 10 minutes. Take out the cake, cut into 10-12 pieces.
  • CREAM: Beat sour cream with sugar, add juice and zest.
  • GLAZE: boil milk with butter, add sugar, cocoa. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • We collect the cake:
  • Dip each piece of the cake completely in sour cream and place it on the cake dish with the SHARP side up. We do this with each piece. Pour glaze on top.
  • We put in the refrigerator for impregnation at night. Bon Appetit!
