Festive julienne pie

Ingredients

For the test:
sour cream 100 g
butter 100 g
salt 0.5 tsp
flour 1.5 stack.
For julien:
Champignon 300 gr.
crab sticks 150 gr.
onion 1 PC.
sour cream 150 gr.
flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
hard cheese 100 g
salt pepper
For decoration:
Champignon 5 pieces.
a tomato 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare the dough. Melt the butter and cool slightly. Add sour cream and salt, stir until smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour. Knead an elastic, soft dough, leave for 15 minutes to "rest".
  • 2. Prepare julienne. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil until soft. Add the mushrooms, cut into strips. Fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add chopped crab sticks. Season with salt and pepper. Add flour, pour in sour cream, simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  • 3. Put the dough into a mold, forming the sides. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees. oven for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Put the julienne into the prepared base for the pie, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven until it melts.
  • 5. Decorate the finished julienne pie with slices of lightly fried mushrooms, tomato slices and slanted leeks.
