Dear visitors of the forum, I decided to make a review of the Orson's KP. I think you will be interested to know about it in more detail, because it is an identical device to Thermomix. There is very little information about Orson, but I think the Oursson Kitchen Processor is worth checking out.
I am not a fan of network marketing, for this reason I have not considered Thermomix for myself, I do not like the fanaticism of network workers and how they sell goods. But I have nothing against Thermomix itself, an excellent device.
Orson is an analogue and you can safely buy it in stores and online stores where the price for it is known.

Specifications
Maximum power consumption 1550W
Engine power 550w
heating element power 1000w
Bowl volume 2L
Scales 6g-3kg
device weight 7,24kg

He can do everything !!! Chop meat, knead the father-in-law, steam it and simply, simmer, grind, stir, well, anything your heart desires.

This is how it looks, its equipment is like the Thermomix. There is And a Butterfly for beating, a double boiler, a cooking basket, a spatula, of course, a scale.

The scales are reset to zero when you place the tare. They have to stand on a flat surface, otherwise they will make a lie. But I weigh everything on them for bread, when I bake in a bread maker and everything seems to be fine)

The display is clearly visible in the cooking mode. the buttons are very convenient, everything is shown on the display.
There is a separate "Rolling" dough mode, a cooking mode, this is an analogue mode in Varoma thermomix.
I use it as follows, bring it to a boil, and then transfer it to 100g and my soup is prepared, well, this is for soup. In cooking mode, by default, it is at the first speed, so it interferes during operation. And if you don't want stirring, you just need to select the temperature and set the time.
It works a little noisy, if the speeds are involved, if there are no speeds, then it is not audible.

Everyone noticed the lock on the dipley, it shows that the device is open, those on the lid and on the steamer have a special hook that locks the device for safety and when the lock on the display is closed, then only after that it will turn on for you
here you can see that the lock is closed and the device is ready for use

This is a basket for boiling vegetables, meat, etc. But you can also put in a bowl and cook. I really love to use this basket when making soup. I put all the ingredients in it, pour water into the bowl and in general this is how my soup is cooked. The broth turns out to be transparent, and then I transfer all the components into the broth, or you can eat meat and vegetables separately and drink the broth, well, in general, as you like.
The package includes a spatula, it can be disassembled into two parts. That turns out the handle for the basket, so that you can safely pull it out and not burn your hands.
This is how it looks
Cooking in Oursson KP0600HSD processor

The processor itself is on my windowsill, it is very compact and stable.

If I forgot to write something. you ask me, otherwise I’m just doing a review of this kind for the first time.
kosmar
I have the same
about "stable" if it is already cooking, then yes
but if he kneads or chops something, or I do flour (depending on what of course and how much), then he needs to be held because he moves well himself, but this is not a problem, because such processes take less than a minute
he is noisy for me personally those hours at 23. when my child sleeps, I do not turn it on
another minus - the milk burns: I only made semolina from cereals (I can't compare it to anything, it's very, very tasty, like cream, you don't feel burnt), although I put it at 80 degrees. nothing else (except this semolina) burned (no soups, no gravy, etc.) can there be any secret that would not burn?
I didn't find any more cons, cooks quickly, individual dishes where constant stirring is needed so simply perfect
nra mashed potatoes-air.
You can knead the dough but on a small volume (I have enough, maybe we are the 3rd, husband and child of 4 years old), for example, he did not pull on the "cow-cow", he took out the kitchen. the harvester and the crumbs that I received were chopped into a "bun-plasticine", and the rest of the pies (there are less of them) - everything is fine.

masinen , from the title of the topic, it seems to me, it is necessary to remove the "analogue of Thermomix", since it does not sound correct.
kosmar
It seems to me that no one wants to offend anyone, it's just that the kitchen processor doesn't say anything to anyone, and so people have an idea.
Tell me, does something burn in your TM?
Lyi
masine!I would like a video of the complete process from start to finish, for example, shredding vegetables + stewing them or kneading dough + baking. And about mashed potatoes is interesting. What does he whip himself? For some reason, this sequence of processes in my head does not add up to me.
If not difficult.
kosmar
potatoes can be boiled in it, and then mashed immediately
the dough is the same: I fell asleep and pressed the button.

Maybe you can make a video?
By the way, I have not cooked porridge in it yet, I was going all the time, but while I was getting to know the KP, it was easier for me to make it in a multicooker. Now we must try.
I made the dough for bread in it for 500 g of flour, but it is hard for him, it is best to do it for 300, 350 g of flour. And for the casserole, I kneaded for a large amount and everything is ok))
Soups are now only in it and I cook, I really liked it.
kosmar
all porridge is easier for me in mv (therefore, except for semolina, I don't plan)
okay, I'll take a picture. you can also video, but I don't know how to insert it
today I made semolina and it didn’t burn: I poured a mrloko 70 degrees, speed 3. as the tempo stopped blinking, switched to speed 5 and poured semolina with salt and sugar, closed the cap and set the temperature to 80. cooked
all. clean bowl (no burnt)
Assel
I stayed with a friend for a week and used the thermomix, in principle I liked it, but the price
Now I want Orson but have questions
Do all milk porridges burn or only semolina?
If you try to boil semolina porridge at 100 degrees and then add the ingredients and cook at 70? Will it burn?
In the thermomix, it did not burn, only then it was difficult to wash the cup off the milk, it seemed to stick to it.
There, too, if you chop a carrot, then you need to hold it, otherwise I was afraid that he would budge. And noisy at high speeds. And when soups and cereals are nothing.
kosmar
I didn't cook other porridge (maybe it's easier in the cartoon), but I think it will burn.
I found a way for myself (I wrote above) now it does not burn.
the principle of cooking is the same as in the thermomix, there are few recipes in Orson's book, I downloaded the books for the thermomix and cook them
me ponra jam (strawberry), nothing burnt
I repeat, apart from semolina, nothing burned.
Assel
Don't you know how with spare parts, if suddenly?
kosmar
no idea
I have it for a month, I cook every day, while everything is in order.
Masinen
It will be necessary to try semolina according to the fallen method.
Well, if the thermomix was difficult to wash from milk, then it sticks to it. Then it will stick in Orson. For example, I don't cook porridge at all in milk, only in water, but I add milk to the finished porridge.
And about spare parts, I think if Orson is not raped. Those to observe in time and speed, then it will serve for a long time. In Orson there is a protection system against overheating of the engine, it will immediately turn off, checked when kneading the dough, because I put a lot of flour.
kosmar
Now I was preparing chicken puree soup (for a child for dinner, he was a little sick, so he did not make it very thick and did not put carrots, he does not like)

all. and ate everything with homemade bread.

in kp as in mv, I just understood the principle and continued to cook my usual (everyday) dishes.
Lyi
kosmar, thanks !
And the saucepan in which the soup is prepared, etc., remains with the knives below? Are they not removable?
But the pan itself is removed so that it can be washed. I understand correctly?
A bowl-steamer is still installed on top. Is that all? No separate pots?
kosmar
the bowl itself is removed (there is a button under the handle), the knife can be pulled out (it looks like a blender, there the thing turns under the bottom) just to wash it, because the hole turns out (like with a blender, the bottom is pulled out).
I pulled it out only once (for the sake of interest), so there is no need. and inside the bowl, the knife is screwed on with a screw, I don't know if you can unscrew it or not (you need to read it).
a two-level steamer with a lid is placed on top (you can have 2 levels at once, you can have one), and so it is huge (it is not clear in the photo, I looked at it live for a long time, it felt like it was something separate at all.
and another basket-double boiler is placed inside the porridge (for example, boil pasta, rice, eggs, etc.).
no more pots.
there is also a "butterfly" nozzle in the kit, but I do not understand its principle, in the sense that there was nothing to try. when I made a milkshake, but it whips me with knives more foam, because the speed is more than 2, it is not necessary to set a speed of more than 2 (I have lost 3, although this speed is permissible, the product may be thicker db).
and such a collapsible spatula is a handle to the basket, I only use the handle, and I use the usual silicone spatula.
Assel
Beat up the butterfly attachment for mayonnaise or egg whites.
In TM, the superovsky mayonnaise turned out, I used the butterfly when I made the dough for the biscuit to beat eggs with sugar into a foam and then gently mixed in the rest of the ingredients at low speed or with a spatula.
I used a Taper silicone scraper for stirring, which is very convenient.

I have TM ... for over 6 years! darling plows does not fail! and what kind of liqueur alya Baileys turns out mmmm ...
I cook puree soups there only, I don't see the point in ordinary ones!
and what kind of jam, ice cream, salsa, pates, dough ... in general, just a miracle! I mix everything in it))) I have never used a double boiler, it’s not convenient for me! I am glad that this miracle beast does not work without a cover)))

Hello! I am also considering a question about buying this device. I don't have a multicooker or a bread machine yet, I cook on the stove, bake in the oven, I use a blender, mixer, meat grinder, vegetable cutter to process food, or just by hand, knead the dough and put it in a bowl (for drzhev I use a taper bowl with a lid) ...I don't cook with steam, it's not tasty. I thought about Thermomix for the following reasons. Every day I cook porridge, every day I cook some kind of soup, I often make mashed potatoes - does it help when preparing these dishes, really faster and easier than on the stove? And if you spawn with a multicooker - maybe it's better to buy it for these purposes? I understand that in Orson there is no delayed start and a timer to set in the evening, and get everything ready in the morning?
As for what it grinds and displaces - I'm used to using the hand blender right in the same saucepan where everything was cooked. Is this processor really better at it? How from experience?
I watched videos on YouTube - somehow I was not impressed. We must probably watch live. Please tell us why you buy all these appliances and do you really use them instead of ordinary pots and blenders? Judging by the photos and videos, the dishes turn out to be exactly the same as on the stove, unfortunately you cannot appreciate the taste using a computer. Tell me honestly, if you cook so well - are all these pribluds needed, do they really make life easier?
Admin

It is better and more practical to have a good multicooker-pressure cooker, and to it as an application a processor. The processor has a different principle of cooking and you cannot cook a normal soup-borscht in it. And sometimes it takes longer in time and technology, and you need to stand near it to switch modes, cooking stages.
Angelica1
Thanks for the advice! I also read about pressure cookers, but people everywhere write for whom there is no question of why a slow cooker is needed. But I couldn't understand whether it is really more convenient to cook in it than on the stove? The fact that you can put on and leave, and by the appointed time everything will be cooked, certainly sounds attractive. But I don’t understand how it is achieved so that it doesn’t burn from below? Is there no mixing? Or if you pour porridge with milk and pour it there in the evening - it will turn sour by morning. And indeed, the porridge must be mixed in the process. Or who takes the foam off the soup if it is left to cook on the timer?
Angelica1
And if you still need to be nearby and look after the process, then how is it more convenient compared to the stove? It's just that none of my acquaintances uses such devices, so there is no one to personally consult. Everything is just cooked on the stove or in the oven, they spend money on good dishes - I hear this often. And for some reason nobody cooks in multicooker and processor. Maybe out of habit? And for me it sounds very tempting that you can make life easier for yourself, but I don’t understand yet - will it make it easier or will it quietly slide down the beaten track?
Admin
Angelica, there are topics on the forum about different multicooker-pressure cookers, I recommend that you take a careful walk through them and read how they differ from a stove and why people choose them.
It is not necessary to stir the porridge, this is the beauty of multicooker, and porridge and milk and water are sometimes better and tastier than on the stove - this cooking mode is laid down

You can cook on the stove and cook puree with a crush, whisk with a whisk, but in the processor these modes are performed in one pan and are much better and more convenient.

And all these devices make life much easier for us, women in the kitchen.
Assel
I am attracted by the fact that you do not need to stir the porridge, for example. And milk so as not to boil over. I pour milk, oatmeal or whatever, put it on the regime and the temperature, and do my own thing (brush the children's teeth, wash, etc.), squeaked, ready. I throw in a banana or other fruit and beat a little so that it breaks into small pieces, since the children are still young. Pros - wash the dishes in one bowl (you can pour water and start self-cleaning), and in simple cooking - a pan, a spoon, an immersion blender. And free time, that is, no need to stand at the stove
Cons-electricity (I'm not straining about this)
Soups-meat or fish for fish soup are cooked in a basket, you do not need to strain the broth, just take out the basket, add the ingredients, do not worry about it boiling away.
The roast does not need to be stirred either.
I like steamed rice or cereals in a basket, as well as vegetables for salads
He also chops vegetables for frying and then saves them
Does a lot
Sauces or custard cream (used to stand at the stove with an electric broom) mayonnaise

Assel
I cooked all this in the Thermomix when I was visiting a friend, I was impressed)) but before, I didn't think about it, I found an analogue cheaper
Semolina according to the recipe from the book tm, temp90, I don't remember the speed, but it turned out to be whipped porridge, for my children it is thick, it did not burn to the bottom, but how chtoli stuck, you need to wash it with your hands, self-cleaning will not work
I ordered from Moscow, now I'm waiting for delivery (to Almaty)
Angelica1
Tatyana, I realized that about cooking porridge, you meant a slow cooker, not a processor. It means that you do not need to mix, it does not burn and is tastier than in a saucepan. It's good. How does it work? Even in a pot with a ceramic coating, stirring is necessary. I do not understand.
And what Assel wrote about semolina is already a processor, it interferes and whips, but does not turn off, but gives a signal. Nothing too. And if this is not semolina, but porridge that is cooked long-corn, spelled, pearl barley - will the processor cook it? Will it not burn in a slow cooker? And now, if you put it on a delayed start in the evening, will the milk not turn sour in it?
I found the topic about the multivarker-pressure cooker of the same Orson, but as long as there is everything about casseroles, they don't really work with us. I read on.
Angelica1
Tatyana, what processor do you use - thermomix or Orson?
And about mashed potatoes: we usually boil potatoes, drain the water, boil milk separately in a ladle, pour milk into potatoes, salt and knead with a crush. And in the processor? Pour milk into chtoli instead of water? Or does the water drain somewhere? And the salt is immediately put chtoli?
And does it still cool down in it quickly, or does it maintain the temperature? Can I prepare in advance so that the puree does not cool for several hours?
Admin
But why? In the Orsusha section, I describe a lot and in detail the preparation of various porridge, especially Herculean

In a multicooker, pans with Teflon coating, the porridge does not stick or burn, the time is designed for cooking cereals, the mode is also designed for cooking cereals. Look at the description of cooking porridge, at least for me, I describe everything in detail https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=179304.0 and other cereals.

And at the same time, look at how many different things I cook in the pressure cooker - everything and different! And every day!

If you put milk porridge on the timer, you can put milk from the freezer, in a lump - it will defrost until the morning. I do not use a timer. In the morning I get up on toilet business and put on porridge, in 30-40 minutes it is ready and hot

Tatyana, what processor do you use - thermomix or Orson?

I have Orsonchik, recently bought, still little used.
Mashed potatoes - potatoes with salt are boiled in it, almost all the water is drained, milk is added and what else is needed and whipped with a nozzle. And all this is not done automatically, but you need to drain the water, put on another nozzle, add ..., turn it on, whisk. The processor does not work with the timer, one-time cooking.

But in it you can make mashed soups in one go and different types of dough

This is not a multicooker-pressure cooker - this is a device of a completely different principle! And it's better to have it as an addition to the pressure cooker and other appliances in the kitchen.
Angelica1
To put on the nozzle, you need to put all the potatoes out of it somewhere, then put them back, or can you put the whipping nozzle under the food? Is milk poured into boiled potatoes cold, or should it be heated separately? And about maintaining the temperature, otherwise the usually heated puree is not at all the same.
Orson will now read about porridge in a slow cooker.
Admin

The processor is a device for one-time cooking without heating or a timer.
One of these days I will prepare mashed potatoes, porridge, mayonnaise, and I will expose the recipes and give links to them, with a description of the process and a photo.

Angelica, if you have not had such devices before, start with a multicooker.

I have a thermomix myself. I bought it, in fact, for cereals (I did not know, the dark one) that there are multicooker. Although if I get sick with something, then until I buy it, I will not be cured
So he makes oatmeal or semolina porridge in the morning for 15-20 minutes easily and naturally. Nothing sticks or burns, the butterfly attachment does not fly anywhere in all permitted modes. The dough kneads better than HP, but a maximum of 400-500g, depending on the steepness of the dough. I bought the HP in the dogon to keep my "Meshan". I cooked soups-puree only a couple of times, mine love borscht more)))) but for baby food it is salvation. On Easter I had fun - boiled Easter in an hour and a half without hassle. And also jelly, sauces, mayonnaise, liqueurs, custards and jams. I never did normal mashed potatoes - everything is whipped to nanoparticles in a split second, so I made it the old fashioned way.
Yes, the potatoes can be boiled in an easy-to-remove insert basket. But here there is still a big minus - the small volume of the bowl is not enough for a family. all the details of the thermomix are completely disassembled without effort (including knives) and washed in the PMM (this is just super !!!) Rice and buckwheat in a double boiler work out very well, but with other cereals, I think a multicooker will do better. And Thermomix never jumped anywhere and did not move in the process - on the contrary, it stands rooted to the spot with a nipple on legs. But its price is something !!!!

I do not know where you live, but if possible, then sign up for a presentation of the thermomix to understand what it does and how, since this Orson processor looks VERY similar to the previous model of the TM-21 thermomix. By the way, he has been working for my friend for 12 years without complaints and repairs.

In general, my opinion is - buy yourself a multicooker for a start not expensive functional like Brand 502 or even 37502, just to have an idea of the capabilities of these assistants (I don't use the stove like that anymore). And to the multicooker Orson's processor, although in my opinion something similar appeared and Mulinex, also in the region of 11-12 thousand. But I don't know the details. Again, I would do just that now!
P. s. Another would be to find out about Orson's service ...
Assel
I easily warmed up soups in tm, roast - I pressed the temperature 50 and stirring for 1
I simply cooked porridge only for breakfast and did not have to heat it.
I myself have a multicooker, in it mainly stewing, steaming vegetables and eggs, rice and buckwheat and a bread machine - kneading any dough and baking the bread itself
In tm, dishes such as vegetable stews are also good, as well as cooked and raw adjik preparations.
The difference is that the scales in tm are built into the bowl, that is, pour directly into the bowl, and in Orson the scales are separate
When she crushed something in tm, she was afraid that he would move from the tabletop and held it just in case
Angelica1
Yes, I plan to go to the presentation of the thermomix, though I read that they don't show them in great detail until you buy it. I found out about him in this office on the Patriarch's Ponds, when I came to buy an Angel juicer from them. The sales assistant was preparing at the thermomix just at this time, maybe preparing for the presentation. But since I came for the angel and hadn’t heard anything about the thermomix, she answered my polls very sparingly, didn’t show anything about the thermomix at all, I only looked on the Internet later. They are people there, in fact, very peculiar, someone here also wrote about it. Although when they receive 50 thousand from you, they probably become more kind.
In the topic about the thermomix there is a review from the person of the man where he compares it with the Spanish may-cook thermomixer. In the photo, this mikuk is very similar to the orson. He writes there that the thermomix has a container with a product not separated from the motor part and it happens that liquid flows back from under the lid (from above) and the motor leaks, someone even broke. And it turns out that the previous model of the thermomix was just differently designed, since outwardly the Orson looks like it, I wonder why then they made the new model differently.
I'm thinking about the multicooker too. Probably you need to ask questions about it in the topic about multicooker?
And what about the processor - here you cook porridge in it, so in 20 minutes to cook semolina and oatmeal without any problems on the stove? As well as jelly, and sauce, and mashed potatoes and baby puree (then beat with a submersible blender, it is no more difficult to wash than a spoon or ladle). The custard is very simple to cook in a saucepan, although you need to stir it and beat it in a mixer beforehand, but this is nonsense work, the mixer itself beats everything, and the volume of the pan, for example, for Napoleon is just right, and 1.5 liters from the thermomix is not really heart. People also cook mayonnaise in a mixer, I really didn't do it, because we don't like it. I really want to understand what is the exclusiveness of this device, how it really makes our life easier or beautifies. And I don't want to spend 14 thousand on an experiment with a cheaper analogue, I will pay 50 if I understand that I really need it. Therefore, I ask who can compare Orson and Thermomix by experience, otherwise you know how, for example, a mixer for 2 thousand and a mixer for 900 rubles are very different, although outwardly they are exactly the same and seem to be the same.
I now have some expensive household appliances, the same angel, for example, so I know exactly why I bought them and why they are better than brown or Phillips or some sort of bork, so I don’t regret the money spent and I use it all the time. And it's a pity to throw away even a little money just like that, as I bought a yogurt maker, and then it turned out that even without it on a warm battery in the kitchen with good leavens, everything ripens, and it is not needed at all, only a place in the kitchen.
I read, for example, that some kind of unrealistic processed cheese is made by someone in the Thermomix, homemade butter (in the summer there is no problem to take milk in the village, you can try to do it), someone wrote that he makes minced minced meat cool, as for tartar, mass for ice cream - this already looks like a kind of exclusive, which you cannot cook at home otherwise. I really started with questions about simple everyday dishes, but so far it seems to me that with those dishes that we like, we probably need a slow cooker. Or maybe you don't need it, you need to think it over.
Don't you really cook on the stove anymore? Is it getting so much tastier?
Vei
The difference from cooking on the stove is that you do not need to stand nearby and stir or control so that it does not run away. But unlike a multicooker, you can't leave the house at all.

I love it for its unsurpassed quality, ease of assembly and disassembly and the possibility of thorough washing, especially without my participation in the PMM. I don’t understand, does Orson fully understand or are the knives fixed?

I didn’t cook jelly before, because for me it was dreary, but now for a child, any, including dairy. The decoy in it is really incomparable, and in general, this butterfly is a cool thing. I haven’t tried to make butter, since we don’t eat butter, but I heard from my friend that it’s great.

It seems to me that it is more tailored for European cuisine and baby food. In the sense that it purees directly in the cooking utensils and maintains this temperature. Steam cooked in Varoma is really tastier than in a conventional double boiler. But the minced meat in it I make only fish for cutlets and from frozen fish. I don't like meat, it’s a kind of porridge. But it seems to me that it will be so in any blender - minced meat only from a meat grinder !!! But when I made minced meat from boiled meat, it was very convenient, or there are apple or pumpkin fillings, then that needs to be welded.

Again, the scales in it are a very convenient thing, it's not even about money, but about space.I love transformers and a lot of functionality. And it is very easy to care for, I have already said about quality - it works for 12 years of daily active work.

Now I understand that a multicooker is more appropriate for our culinary preferences, although the thermomix made my life easier too. But at that time I did not have many devices, which it serves as a replacement, and, as you know, there is always not enough space in the kitchen)))
But precisely in order to feed the family - this is definitely a slow cooker.
Is it tastier in it? Many dishes are YES, tastier, but the main thing for me is that there is definitely more time. Before, I would not sit on the forum))) there was no time

And I don’t use the stove, because it’s more convenient and more economical to use the multi, and the air doesn’t get hot, and there’s no need anymore. While I myself have read the forum, I was rather skeptical about similar statements, but you can't try it yourself)))

Well, since time is definitely saved and you can put it on at night, you probably still need to try a multicooker. I read Tatyana-Admin's topic about oatmeal in an Orson multicooker, everything seems to be clear and quite convincing. From the photo you can see that nothing burnt without stirring (although how it turns out, I can't imagine!). About what and how did not run away there a lot, like the idea understood. We ourselves love porridge and taught the children, so it will be good for us. We really like some cereals, which are cooked for a long time, if there is oatmeal for half an hour or 40 minutes, then the spelled is wondering how much will it cook? Although if you charge it in the evening, then in the morning you probably won't have to get up exactly an hour earlier?

I don’t understand if Orson understands completely or are the knives fixed?

Yes, knives are shot in Orsyusha. It washes perfectly, and there are specials. mode for cleaning the pan.

I cooked pasta today

It's in the pot itself, still in the water. The boiling time for 1.5 liters of water is 12 minutes, the cooking time for the pasta is 6 minutes, according to the recommendations on the package. Cooked well, not boiled. Total total time is 18 minutes. There was no need to monitor the boiling of the water, there was no need to stir the paste either, the knives mixed themselves, after cooking the TM turned off by itself. Cooking at 90 * C, so the water does not run away, and the knives are stirred, which also prevents the water from stagnating and running away

Cooking in Oursson KP0600HSD processor

Cooking in Oursson KP0600HSD processor

I am preparing pasta for the second time: the first time cooking is 13 minutes (as recommended on the package), today 6 minutes.

Now I will cook pasta only in TM, I liked it

for me, the main assistant in the kitchen in cooking is also a cartoon
KP is a supplement. I now (a month later) use them 1-2 times a week and more often on weekends, maybe in a cartoon it's easier for me in terms of what we have such a "menu" like stewed potatoes, or any meat, fish, soup, etc.
I make semolina and oatmeal in the KP, the rest in the cartoon.
At the beginning I kneaded the dough, now only in the combine (maybe there is more volume).
but gravy, cream soup, cream, and so on, in season jam (I made recently from frozen strawberries, it turned out wonderfully), different cocktails and everything that requires stirring and whipping when preparing - only in the KP. it's wonderful to cook for your child in the same place (now he is 4 years old, but earlier I would have loved even more in terms of cooking for a child)
for me it fits the life in the kitchen and is very nra.

I'm still very sorry, but I don't understand in any way - how would this pasta be worse in a saucepan on the stove? Especially when you consider the portion size per family. I would also understand to cook a sauce for pasta in the processor, for example, although good sauces are better so that they are not grated, so they are tastier and look better. The time for boiling water in a closed large saucepan on a glass electric stove is 2-4 minutes, similar to how to boil water in a kettle, this has been verified for sure. The cooking time for pasta is like on a bag, and everyone loves to have al dente, which means even less. Is it the same?

Yes, I also wanted to ask about jam, I remembered well. I always cook different jams, but in season, and usually a lot. The processor has a small capacity, what can you cook for 1.5 liters? And the cartoon is still 5 liters, there is already something to talk about. Is the jam good at it?
As for the grated jam, I prefer raw berries grated with sugar, not boiled, and this is healthier. For this, a juicer and a blender or a meat grinder go well (especially when a lot is brought from the dacha and must be processed quickly). And I make grated jam only when there is a large harvest of apples and there is nowhere to put them, this jam goes well for fillings then. But with a volume of 1.5 liters, it is ineffective to do this.

you just don't need to follow - he threw everything and came on a signal. but on the stove you need: boil, reduce the heat, add pasta, you need to stir. I can forget that something is being prepared. this is the difference. and so they taste pasta, they are pasta
my family of 3 is enough, of course it's individual

the degree of chafing depends on the speed, if you set the speed to 1-2, then everything will simply be stirred and the pieces of meat, for example, will remain pieces

you can regard this as the jam mode in HB, those small volumes are for "eat now", but we eat jam sooo rarely in winter, so we freeze everything more, and if we cook, then very little.
if you do less speed - it will be whole berries - not grated

Well, firstly, the TM has a volume of 2 liters. I made currants in it for 2-3 minutes of heating, and it turned out berries in one run of the order of 800 to 1000 g plus sugar. Maybe even more, I don't remember already. Namely, jam - I will already be in the cartoon, although there is just not 5 liters, but up to three.

As for the difference only in price, this is not entirely true.I have a Thermomix, and comparing the characteristics of it and KP Oursson, I will say that the maximum rotation speed of the Thermomix is 10200 rpm, the Processor is 8700, the temperature on Varoma (steam cooking) is more than 100 degrees for the Thermomix, one hundred. In Thermomix there is a reverse, when the knives rotate in the opposite direction during delicate cooking, so as not to grind the mixed product. At Thermomix, a maintenance-free VORWERK engine, I did not find about the engine in the Processor in the instructions. Also in Thermomix there is a gentle stirring - this is below the 1st speed - 40 rpm. All this I learned from the instructions for the user of both devices. Yes, the maximum measurable weight in the Processor is up to 3 kg, in Thermomix - up to 2. But I wrote this only to compare these 2 devices, and to consider this difference significant or not is everyone's personal business, as they say, information for thought.
