Diet pilaf with chicken

Ingredients

chicken legs 300gr
rice 300gr
carrot 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Cut 3 medium chicken legs and put in a bucket (I put them along with the bones), add carrots grated on a fine grater, pour water (water should cover the food). Place in baking mode 1:30.
  • After 30 min. pour the washed rice (I use long grain). Keep in mind that you will have to add water (in order to avoid damage to the coating of the bucket, I poured hot water from the kettle) and add 1/2 tbsp. l. salt.

It turned out to be very tasty pilaf, tender and aromatic. Absolutely dietary: no oil and no frying. For those who do not follow a diet - frying of onions and carrots will have to be done in advance and in a frying pan :)
