Charlotte with oranges according to the recipe from the book for the Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 multicooker cups (160 ml cup)
Salt 2 g (1/4 tsp)
Sugar 2 cups
Fresh oranges 1-2 pcs.
Chicken eggs 250g (5 pcs)
Mold oil 20 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Wash the oranges. Grate the zest with one fine grater (without touching the white layer). It turns out 1-2 tsp. zest. Peel the oranges, disassemble into slices, remove the seeds and cut each slice in half.
  • 2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt with a mixer at high speed into a strong foam. Add flour and mix at low speed until smooth. Gently mix the prepared orange slices with the dough. Transfer the dough to a greased multicooker.
  • 3. Cooking in the BAKING mode, time 65 + 30.
  • I tried this recipe, but with apples, everyone liked it better. I cut the charlotte into three cakes and smeared it.
