Lemon cookies

Ingredients

eggs 3 pcs
sugar 1 glass
flour
lemon 1 PC.
soda 1 tea l.
raisins, nuts only 50 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until completely dissolved.
  • Grind the lemon in a meat grinder (blender) along with the peel. Remove the bones first.
  • Add flour to beaten eggs with sugar until thick sour cream.
  • Add ground lemon, raisins or nuts, or all together, soda, slaked with vinegar.
  • Put in the form. Bake at temp. 180 degrees 20-25 min.
  • Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar, cut into diamonds.
  • I cut it into petals, because my shape is in the shape of a flower.
  • I found the recipe in my notebook in old notes, I don't even know where I copied it from.
  • And I still don't understand why cookies are called, in my opinion it looks more like cakes :)

So I don’t see it .... Only the title was written as it was in the original. Here are just the names of the original source I do not have :) I would call it the same biscuit lemon, or lemon pie.

Hello, I read a lot of all sorts of recipes with lemon, and this one caught on with its simplicity and minimum time - it's hot in the kitchen now - summer. I slightly modified the recipe - I added grained cottage cheese there and finely chopped the apple. sprinkled with almond flakes on top. Now I sit and wait for the result - I'm worried about what happens. Unfortunately - I can't take photos yet

there was a lemon lying around, from which I took off part of the zest and squeezed 2 tablespoons of juice, and here I have already mixed everything in the bookmarks, it is in the oven. we expect the truth is always confused by comparisons like "thick sour cream", this concept is extensible

well, that's all ready, only a third remained, the family approved moderately sweet, it smells very much like lemon, but does not sour, the yummy is shorter, and most importantly, it's very simple to cook, I didn't even bother with beating eggs with sugar, it still turned out very airy. next time I will cover with lemon glaze
