Dessert Bananas in batter

Ingredients

banana 2 pcs.
rice flour 1 glass
carbonated water 0.75 stack
peanut butter (vegetable) 0.5 glass
powdered sugar taste
ice cream (creamy) taste
caramel or honey like sauce

Cooking method

  • Bananas are best taken not overripe or green. Cooking the batter: mix flour with soda water and powdered sugar (I did it without sugar), the dough should turn out like for pancakes. Since we do not sell rice flour in our country, I ground rice in a coffee grinder, the result did not please me very much, it is still better to buy rice flour. Slice the bananas lengthwise and in half again.Dessert Bananas in batter Heat oil in a deep skillet (you can use a deep fryer). Take a fork, chop a slice of banana on it, dip it completely in batter and put it in the pan, do this with all halves. Fry until golden brown, put the prepared bananas on a paper napkin (to remove excess fat). When serving, add ice cream to each serving and pour over with caramel or honey. Bon Appetit!

I fry bananas at tempura. I buy tempura, dilute it with water but the desired consistency and fry it. Serve deliciously with maple syrup.

Forgive me for my ignorance, but I don't know what it is, I'll go to study And maple syrup, unfortunately, is not sold here either, I want to try it for a long time

Sorri Tempura is from Japanese cuisine, but also used in Chinese. This is a mixture of flour (or flour?) For making Japanese batter. You simply dilute dry tempura with water, dip the necessary products in it and deep-fry it.
