Dear forum users!

I've been going to buy a bread maker and a slow cooker for a long time, having searched a bunch of sites, I got completely confused.
The purpose of buying a multicooker is a universal oven / pot, etc., well, everything is clear with it.
The purpose of buying a bread machine is to make bread exclusively without yeast (that is, as baked before the invention of yeast). I know that there is a function of yeast-free bread, but it turns out that it will be the same every time, but I would like to bake different ones using a substitute for yeast, for example malt, sourdoughs ..
Question:
Can I bake the same recipe in a bread maker using starter cultures? or does the bread maker on other modes (except yeast-free) not cook with sourdough? then is it better to bake bread in a multicooker and knead it by hand?
I have never baked bread in my life, but on this forum there are many different recipes, etc., that the head is spinning from an overabundance of information ..

That is, I was faced with a choice: do I need a bread maker for my requests, can I do with a slow cooker?))))

If I wrote to the address, then I really look forward to your opinions, they will be very valuable to me!

Let's figure it out a bit. Yeast-free bread can be baked in a bread maker, but, so to speak, in manual mode. For baking sourdough bread, all of these bread machines are not very adapted in the sense that most of them do not have a Manual setting program with the ability to set the desired temperature, time, number of dough strokes. But ... the bread maker is a great kneader. You can still knead your yeast-free bread in it, distance it too, and bake it wherever you want. A multicooker will not knead the dough for you.
I believe that both a bread maker and a multicooker should be, they are two completely different devices and it is not very correct to choose what to buy, comparing them - they are different!

What is your answer? Everyone has their own opinion. HP can cope with leavens. The girls are baking. If it's not lazy to knead everything by hand, then you can get by with a multicooker. They only bake, they can help with proofing. Bread makers will make your work easier, they will replace the dough in the wash. There are 2-in-1 multi-cookers with replaceable buckets (one with a spatula, the second multi-cooker) - Binaton, Unold multi-cookers. Yuzala Unold German - I'm not comfortable. You need to cook porridge, and then I bake bread. But, if you knead the dough yourself, defrost it, then the cartoon will bake wonderful bread, we here on the forum are very pleased with the multicooker bread, one "but" - the top crust will not be fried, because the multicooker does not bake the top, but they bake perfectly!

Yes, I agree with Natasha, of course, to cope with HP with sourdough bread, it just won't be baking on an automatic program, but your creativity - to follow the rise of the dough, turn on one program, turn the other on and off - that's the principle.

Ira, hold your paw

I am for a bread maker and a slow cooker in the kitchen! - I have HP even on dumplings and dumplings kneading dough I can't live without it! And if you just try to think that I don't have a multicooker, or rather two multicooker - it's scary! I already can't do without a multicooker! A bakery will appear - thanks to our website, you will also want to buy a multicooker. And vice versa. We are all "magic" here. We really love these devices.

Natasha, here's my paw. I agree with you 100 percent.
By the way, I really liked that we are all "magic" here - that's exactly what it says

The girlfriend has a status from the tyrnet: "Briefly about myself: magic for the whole head ...))))" I liked it. It's about us.
Well, on the issue of choice, nevertheless, if you are going to bake complex breads and knead yourself - take the multicooker first! She will not be idle finally!
