Ingredients

a hen 1/2 part
prunes 150 g
a tomato 4 things
bulb onions 2 pcs
garlic 2-3 cloves
dry red wine 150 ml
sour apple 1 PC
vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
hot pepper (not used) 1 pod
cumin, coriander, red pepper by a pinch
salt taste

Cooking method

  • After long and plentiful feasts, I really want something low-fat, simple and dietary.
  • I found such a recipe in the book "Gourmet Steamer".
  • 1. Prepare the sauce. To do this, chop finely hot peppers and garlic. Grate the apple on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings. Add finely chopped tomato pulp and spices.
