Potatoes Spicy

Ingredients

Potatoes 10 pieces.
Parmesan cheese 100g
Vegetable oil approximately
Garlic 3 cloves
Favorite spices 1 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste
Filling:
Ham 150g
Champignon 150g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes.
  • Pass the garlic through a garlic press, add spices and vegetable oil.
  • Potatoes Spicy
  • Coat the potatoes with the garlic mixture. Then wrap in foil and bake in the oven until half cooked.

  • Prepare the filling: Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry until golden brown.
  • Dice the ham and onion.
  • Fry onions and combine with mushrooms and ham. Season with sour cream, salt, pepper and stir.
