Quiche with mushrooms

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 300g
Vegetable oil 120 ml.
Milk 100 ml.
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Pickled mushrooms (or any other mushrooms) 500 ml
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dried marjoram 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 1 glass
salt pepper taste.

Cooking method

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Put the mushrooms in a colander, rinse and leave for 10 minutes to drain the water.
  • Put onion chopped into half rings in a frying pan with hot oil, sprinkle with sugar and fry until golden brown.
  • Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add the marjoram, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and remove from heat.
  • Add vegetable oil and milk to flour.
  • Knead the dough, distribute it evenly over a 26 cm mold, including the walls. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Put the filling on the dough.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk, a pinch of salt and pepper and pour over the mushrooms.
  • Bake in the oven for 50 minutes, until the cake is browned.
