Ingredients

Champignon 7 pcs
pitted olives 1 can
mashed tomatoes 1 package
eggs 5 pieces
water (meat, chicken broth) 3.5-4 l
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt
pepper (optional)
dried parsley, basil, oregano, Italian herbs ... (who has what)
smoked (boiled) sausage (sausages) 200 gr.

Cooking method

  • Puree soup Try it!
  • Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
  • In a separate saucepan in a small amount of water, cook finely chopped potatoes - 7 pieces, for 15 minutes over low heat (how to cook, turn into mashed potatoes with a blender)
  • At the same time, in the main saucepan, cook pre-chopped champignons, potatoes and olives (you don't need to cut them if they are small. I cut the large ones in half). Pour the grated tomatoes, sausage (sausages) there and add the fried onions and carrots. After 15 minutes of boiling, add the eggs, which we break directly into the pan and stir quickly with a fork. So our mashed potatoes have arrived! We also add it to the main saucepan, salt, pepper (optional), bring to a boil (stirring constantly so that the bottom does not burn), at the end add our favorite herbs.
