Soup with noodles in chicken broth Chicken with egg (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Chicken breast or half carcass
Potatoes 4 things.
Vermicelli "spider line" 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, bay leaves, fresh herbs taste
Dry herbs (celery, parsley, green onion) by a pinch
Hot water 1.5 liters
Hard boiled egg to serve

Cooking method

  • I started preparing dinner today. The idea was to cut the chicken breast and boil the soup from half, boil the other half and put it on the salad. But the breast did not have time to defrost properly overnight. It was decided to cook the soup from the whole chicken breast * and not get dirty.
  • So I washed it (breast), dried it with a paper towel and threw it straight as it is into the pressure cooker bowl, skin down.
  • Buttered bowl not lubricated.
  • I switched on the Fry-Chicken mode and warmed up the breast for 15 minutes. Turned off the Fry mode.
  • She poured 1.5 liters (so that the whole breast was covered) of hot water from a thermopot. Didn't salt!
  • I turned on the Soup mode - 20 minutes (this is at least in my copy!) And went to build pyramids with my son.
  • After the signal from the pressure cooker, I bleed the pressure manually **.
  • The broth came out rich, clean, there was not even a hint of "foam".

  • I removed the breast from the broth, since I still needed the salad.
  • In the broth I threw potatoes, cut into cubes (on Berner cutting 10 mm), vermicelli and dry herbs + a piece of bay leaf. Salted.

  • I switched on the Porridge / Steam cooking mode - 6 minutes (use the SOUP mode in the latest pressure cookers).
  • After the signal, I relieved the pressure again manually.
  • I put fresh herbs and closed the lid for 2 minutes - brew.

  • When serving, I added a little chicken meat, chopped fresh green onions and slices of boiled egg to the plate. She served croutons for the soup instead of bread.

  • Bon Appetit!

Note

* You can use half of a chicken carcass if you are too lazy, for example, to cut it.

** When the pressure was released, I thought the whole lid would be covered with broth, because it boiled and plopped inside the pressure cooker. But she turned out to be clean

My friends dined like that. I only cooked the broth in Orsyusha, made a roast of carrots with onions in Brandik, made noodles there, fried it, poured it with broth and disassembled the meat, brought it to a boil on the Fry. Disconnected, closed the lid, literally 10-15 minutes and the soup is ready. They said: tastefully, I added green tea to the plates.
So that , Ksyusha, you and I today fed our family with almost the same supernatural.

Tatyana, Thank you! Why philosophize? Still, the elementary is tasty and healthy.

Today I took the saucepan out of the refrigerator before dinner, and the soup froze almost like a jelly.

That's why I fry the vermicelli so that it doesn't swell much in the soup on the second day.

Tan, no, the vermicelli is not swollen. So I put it together with the potatoes so that it picks up liquid and swells right away during cooking. Then it remains unchanged. This broth is so rich from chicken breast that you can even cut it out of the refrigerator with a knife.
