Ingredients

Pork 500 gr.
Bulb 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper (I have ice cream) 1 PC.
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt pepper taste
Peppercorns 3-4 pcs.
Tomato paste 1 dec. l.
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the pork into long cubes. In a bowl, season with salt, pepper and juice with one lemon. Stir with your hands, mash the meat properly. Let it brew in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

  • 2. Cut the onion and bell pepper into cubes.
  • 3. Pour vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L.) Into the bowl of the smokehouse - pressure cooker (you can use a standard one, you can add an additional one without a pin). Turn on the Fry mode. Warm up the oil for 1 minute. Add onion and pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add meat and fry on all sides for 5 minutes.

  • 4. Add peppercorns to the meat. Close the lid. And simmer on the Soup / Pressurized mode for 25 minutes.
