Ryazhenka 0,5 l
Gelatin 10 g
Fruits optional

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin into the fermented baked milk, put on low heat and heat to 40-45 degrees (that is, heat until specks of gelatin disappear). This will be the pouring (jelly base) for the fruit.
  • Today I took a tropical cocktail (325 g), one tangerine, several pineapple rings and about five dried apricots.
  • All this is cut into cubes. You can take anything. Last time I did it from pear, orange, dried apricots and pineapple. I know that you can't (my friend said that jelly won't be made) to take kiwi.
  • It turns out very tasty. You can decorate at will. I got by with cream, because I really wanted to eat it faster
