Corn biscuits with nuts

Ingredients

corn flour, g 160
egg, pcs 3
sugar, glass 1/2
walnuts / peanuts, g 70-100
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Grind eggs with sugar.
  • Heat the mixture until it is warm, but not hot, beat.
  • Fry nuts in a dry frying pan, peel, grind in a blender.
  • Add nuts, flour to the cooled mixture, stir.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lightly grease with oil. Spoon the dough out with a teaspoon.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 g, place a baking sheet, and reduce the heat slightly.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes. For a golden top, flip to the other side for 3-4 minutes
