Vegetable oil 80 g
Baking powder 10 g
Salt pinch
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, cocoa and salt.
  • Add vegetable oil, water and stir quickly.
  • Pour into a mold and bake for 30-40 minutes at 175aboutFROM.

In the places where it is he didn't even think to burn or stick under the paper ... and given the amount of oil in the recipe, I think he can be allowed to come closer to the mold with a non-stick coating Well, this is my personal observation ...

In general, you call it a cupcake, but earlier I also baked it according to a recipe like "Lean biscuit", with which you can experiment later .... mine was chilled, cut and greased with apricot jam ... and it's just insanely delicious! Do not try to cut it hot ... you will exhaust yourself more ... it is sooo sticky ... I used to grease it with blueberry jam and it turns out to be a masterpiece in general ... But again - according to my personal taste ...
