Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1.25 h l
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Sushi Tomatoes 2-3 tbsp
Cheese 50-75 g
Provencal herbs

Cooking method

  • Today I planned to try the Diet regime, but alas, due to rapidly changing plans, I had to work with different regimes. Which had some effect on the appearance of the bread. I put the ingredients in the HP according to the instructions. The first batch was made in the fast bread mode, slightly corrected the bun, after the end of the batch, turned off the program. I gave 5 minutes to rest and turned on the fast bread mode again, at the end of the batch I added finely chopped cheese, tomatoes and herbs. Before starting baking, I turned off the program and left it in the HP for another 1 hour and then turned on baking for 50 minutes. Whole grain bread with Provencal herbs, cheese and dried tomatoes

The dish is designed for

bread weight 650g

Time for preparing:

3h 20min

Note

The photo shows that the top is slightly opal - this is due to peeping before baking.

Bread with whole grain flour can be successfully baked on the Main Program (without a combination of modes), especially if the composition is 100% wheat flour. The result will be excellent.
And it is advisable to make the dough SOFT, then there will be no bumps on the roof and the crumb will not be airy

Thanks, I've already thought about the main mode too. And the roof of the ball is normal when I looked in for the last time before baking: girl_cray: And the crumb turned out to be pleasant airy.

And what about wheat flour?

I look closely at the bread with tomatoes, I have already purchased a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil. The case is small - pick up a recipe))

Yes, wheat flour.

Bread with dried tomatoes, cheese, Provencal herbs - this is certainly not for everybody. Recently, I like breads "simple" or with one addition more. I wouldn't buy sun-dried tomatoes especially for bread. They can be used better. I emphasize that this is my personal opinion and I do not impose it on anyone.

Here is such a bread.

That's for sure, I rarely bake such, and especially for myself. And this time my husband helped me to eat it, although he is not at all a fan of any "perversions", besides, I "spoil" everything with cheese, and then it's just for me.

Oh, how beautiful you have turned out. I'm glad that someone liked it.

mariolk, Thank you.
I also added chalk paprika to the bread. Probably, she gave a specific taste.
Yesterday I bought sliced paprika in Silpo. So the taste is heaven and earth)) They are very different. I won't buy any more chalk.
There are already two items in the list of preparations for the next summer - to wilt the tomatoes and dry the salad peppers, so that they can then be put in the bread. Its somehow always tastier))))

OksanaD, thank you And about homemade preparations, this is definitely tastier, although we had a lot of cherry this year, the children ate everything
