Carrot cupcake

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 stkn
Finely grated carrots 500 g
Egg (large) 4 things
Sugar 2 stkn
Vegetable oil 1 stkn
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Chopped nuts (any, but better walnuts) 1 stkn
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Beat butter and sugar, adding egg one at a time.
  • Add carrots and flour mixture alternately to the egg-oil mixture. To stir thoroughly. Add chopped nuts, stir.
  • Arrange in baking tins (fill tins by half).
  • Bake at 180aboutFROM.
  • * Glass = 250 ml
