lentils 1 glass
champignon mushrooms (fried) 500 g
carrot 1 PC
celery root (grated) 50 g
water broth 2-3 liters
potatoes 3-4 tubers
salt, peppercorns taste

Cooking method

  • Inspired by the purchase of the Liberty pressure cooker, I decided to try to cook my favorite lentil soup with mushrooms in it, and the result did not disappoint me, but even made me very happy. The soup from the pressure cooker turned out very good. rich and tasty!
  • So:
  • lentils (I have a "boiled" one from the ATB supermarket) you do not need to soak in advance
  • Lentil soup with mushrooms / sausage (multicooker-pressure cooker Liberty MP-900)
  • If of a different variety, you can soak for 30 minutes per hour.
  • Separately fry fresh champignons with an onion, if done with sausage, then you can only fry onions and carrots, as they usually used to fry in soups.
  • I usually take for soups not only water, but a decoction of pasta, potatoes, sausages, then the dish is not watery, but has a denser taste. But who, as accustomed to and for the intended purpose for his family, take 2-3 liters of water-broth, and put mushrooms (or smoked sausage cut into small cubes), lentils, one raw carrot, grated celery root, grated not coarsely potatoes, peppers, salt and close the lid of the pressure cooker, setting the modes "Soup", "Beans" or in manual mode 30 min. To speed up the process, pour the soup with boiling broth, which, in principle, is not necessary
  • I did both options with sausage and mushrooms, both have a right to exist for a variety of menu.
