Ingredients

Pork meat 1 kg
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Cabbage 300g
Grain mustard 0.5-1 tsp
Adjika 1h l.
Soy sauce 20-30 ml
Salt on demand

Cooking method

  • Cut vegetables into large pieces. Marinating the meat is not necessary, the main thing is to smear well on all sides.
  • Put vegetables in a slow cooker bowl, then meat.
  • We turn on the HIGH mode for 6 hours.
  • But since we rode in nature, I ended up with the meat in the slow cooker for 8-9 hours
  • 6 hours HIGH and remaining time LOW

Time for preparing:

8-9 hours

Cooking meat in a slow cooker! That's what I read.
the main point of dolgarski is to grind meat. stewed meat changes the structure of connective tissues. the digestibility of these proteins (about 20 percent) will dramatically improve. and the potential patient has no digestive (metabolic) problems.

Well, it's great that we are happy with the model. I am very happy with the ten, although I now use it sooo rarely. 51 wanted to buy the same, but took Stebik + Brandosha and somehow the need for 51 disappeared. Maybe something new and interesting will appear.

Tatiana, hello. Last night I got this one in random recipes. I watched the video with pleasure, was not too lazy to go down to the store for meat and tomatoes. I loaded everything into a pot, although there were 2 very large carrots and 600 grams of cabbage (young, very juicy), adjika - smoked Amsa Abkhazian, other - according to the recipe. Slow cooker Russell Hobs 2.5 with a ceramic bowl, was full to capacity, low for the whole night, it stood for 12 hours. On the meat, slices of adjika pepper have already steamed:
