Champignon schnitzel

Ingredients

Large champignons 300 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 100 g
Flour 150 g
Garlic 2 prongs
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Salt taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash the champignons, dry, remove the legs. Put the hats on a cutting board, cover with another board (I have a container lid) and press.Champignon schnitzel

I cooked oyster mushrooms according to a similar recipe. It is easy to knock on them with a rolling pin, so that the plates would crumple and such "pancakes" turn out wonderful
