Salted capelin caviar

Ingredients

Capelin caviar (I have frozen) 180g
Salt 1.5 tsp. from HP
Sugar slightly more than 0.5 h. l.
Olive oil 2st. l.
Lemon juice a few drops

Cooking method

  • Capelin caviar is often sold in our market. I bought a little, it turned out 180g.
  • 🔗 Added salt, sugar, mixed well. Then she squeezed out some lemon juice and added olive oil. Transfer to a jar. 🔗
  • Let it stand for several hours in the refrigerator (I had it overnight). I squeezed some pomegranate juice into some of the caviar (you can also use beetroot) and I got red caviar. In the morning there were delicious sandwiches with lightly salted caviar for a cup of coffee!
